The PDU1230 is designed for reliable distribution of AC power to supported equipment in IT, industrial and similar applications. It features a rugged all-metal case that stands up to harsh environments, high-quality outlets, a locking plug and a switchless design to prevent accidental shutoff.

Reliable IT Power Distribution

Unfiltered electrical pass-through makes the PDU1230 ideal for distributing alternate waveform utility, UPS or generator power in rack enclosures, network closets, and more. It provides sixteen C13 outlets, four C19 outlets and a 15-ft. cord with a locking L6-30P plug to prevent accidental disconnection. Eight outlets (4 x C13, 4 x C19) are front-mounted and twelve C13 outlets are rear-mounted for additional flexibility when connecting multiple items of equipment.

    I use this to power my crypto mining setup. A good tip……get some c13 to c14 connectors when you buy it for this purpose. I am glad I didn’t skimp on this. A lot cheaper than the half-of-everything I’d be paying my wife if I burned down her house with a cheap knockoff. Think it through…..electricity is not always your friend.

    We purchased 2 of these units to replace our older Tripp Lite PDU1230's that had 2 C19 receptacles vs. the 4 that the current units have (the new units also have 4 extra c13 receptacles).

    These are quality units through and through. We'll purchase these again and again as we need them.

    We do have one desired change. With our rack configuration it would be nicer if the cables were detachable and replaceable with shorter cables. We currently have the cables bundled up as they come in the box to avoid tangling in the bottom of our rack.
