A standalone inter-connected romance in the Off Limits series following sexy professor and single dad Daniel, left parenting an adorable 8 year old following the death of his wife. In a moment of weakness he asks student and friend of a friend Kat to move in with him and nanny his son. In a moment of vulnerability, Kat agrees. And Bam! Herein starts this wonderful slow burn forbidden romance with some wonderfully emotional and sexy moments.

This book had me at single dad and nanny, but then throw in age gap and forbidden you have me sold. Daniel and Kat have burning hot chemistry that sets the pages on fire. It's a huge step for Daniel because he hasn't been with anyone since his wife passed. Kat is the opposite of his structured life she brings sunshine and happiness with her. Little Andy is so adorable! You can tell instantly how much Daniel loves his son and how much Andy hero worships his dad.

Age gap, Professor/student, nanny to lover. While this is part of the Off Limits series, it can be read as a stand alone. Kat and Daniel are as opposite as could be. She’s spunk and free spirit. He’s serious and responsible. They are perfect for each other. Each has past hurts that shape their present. Piper lawson does a great job of writing the emotions as well as the heat of these two.
