About this ebook

A grumpy boss and single dad with a big project on the horizon. His sexy new assistant, who has a brilliant smile, a sunny attitude, and an oversized heart. The stolen kiss that they can’t forget, no matter how much they try…

My brand new assistant Savannah is as gorgeous as she is obnoxiously chipper. She prides herself on her upbeat attitude that makes her a ray of sunshine. I feel like a grumpy jerk every time I’m forced to rain on her parade by giving her a dose of cold reality.

We are a match made in heaven… or in my personal hell. From the first second I look into Savannah’s pretty green eyes, I am completely lost. I can bark orders at her all day, but she just smiles and hops to it. It’s infuriating how she just smiles at people, listens to their problems, and somehow ends up getting her way.

As time wears on, I find that Savannah is sweeter than honey. I am intrigued by her charming smiles and soft curves. When Savannah trips with an armful of rolled blue prints, my swift reaction saves her from falling and pulls her against my body. The kiss afterward is instinctual… but also stupid, reckless, and thoughtless. So why does it feel so right?

Opposites attract, but nothing can happen between us. I’m not planning on staying in town long. And she’s such a good girl that she practically screams relationship material. Been there, done that, got jilted in a tux.

There’s no way I’m going to kiss her again. No matter how gorgeous she looks, how desperately I start to want her, or how many times we get stuck together spending all afternoon in a tiny swamp shack.

Sunshine meet Cloudy. This was a slow burn, opposites attract, small town, slightly angsty, occasionally humorous romance Easy-to-follow storyline Lots of family, blood, and blended A variety of personalities like Helldi (yes I know the spelling is wrong) was not helping his grumpy disposition Speaking of Helldi that woman needed more than a dose of reality and a rubber room Rex, heaven's gift to humanity. Though I liked his exuberance Big Dad, yeah he was trying to and more. A sound secondary c

Vivian Wood is a new author to me, and I am surprised that I have not read more books from this author. This is Cole and Savannah’s story and is one I quickly became invested in. Cole is such a grump, and all Savi wants to do is bring some light into his life but he is determined to resist her. The Grumpy Boss Agreement was an entertaining, well written story that ticked numerous boxes for me.

Jilted and humiliated, Cole is not having the day he envisioned. However, the metaphorical dark clouds that surround him are no match for the unexpected sunshine Savannah will bring to his existence. The story flows well with an array of endearing characters. Cole and Savannah don't stand a chance against the visceral attraction that will bind them together. I enjoyed this book and look forward to more from this series.
