Just one problem
It seems like a fun gift idea and I think the person I bought it for will love it. However for $69.00 and something that is a labeled as a great gift/gift kit. I expected more than just shipping it in the box it comes in and sticking a label on top of the label that informs you what is in the box. When you give someone a gift you want them to be able to read what they are getting.

Packages came in a nicely packed, professional looking box and all the ingredients were meticulously packaged.
I especially liked the easy instructions since I was a bit worried when I ordered that it might be too complex to make.
But the instructions were clear and easy to follow.
I made the mild version hot sauce in their instructions but added 1 ghost pepper to give it a boost and I like the result: a definite kick, but not spicy at all (YMWV), picture is included. I had it with the omelette that wife made and it went perfectly. Each batch will make about three bottles so the kit will last for a bit depending on how much you use hot sauce. After I finish the hot sauce I made, which should go pretty quickly since it is mild, I plan to make the medium version but maybe change the recipe a bit.
Enjoy and definitely a gift that you will like.
