What happens when the biggest blizzard of the year hits and you’re trapped in a cabin with your best friend’s brother? You take every opportunity to spend time together and make him fall in love with you.
The Best of Us is a best friend's brother, opposites attract, and snowed-in together standalone romance.
Brooke Cumberland and Lyra Parish are a duo of romance authors under the USA Today pseudonym, Kennedy Fox. Their characters will make you blush and your heart melt. Cowboys in tight jeans are their kryptonite. They always guarantee a happily ever after!
I have had the first book of this series on my TBR since it was released, and I have been wanting to read it. When the sign up for this one came my way, I figured it would be the perfect chance to read them back to back. Then promptly forgot until this one landed on my kindle and I barely had time to read it.
Luckily for me each book is a standalone with interconnected characters so reading the first one wasn't necessary. Unfortunately for me this book just wasn't what I was hoping for. It had its moments where I was completely absorbed in the story but for the main part I struggled.
I didn't really connect with either character and I kind of felt like they were playing a part they hadn't rehearsed. Normally little inconsistencies don't bother me but because I wasn't a fan of them I nit-picked. Which drove me nuts. Also, there were a few small plot twists that didn't feel resolved.
Neither Kendall or Ryan really seemed in love to me. They both just acted like idiots who had a lot of sex due to proximity and circumstance. I never felt their relationship. But that might have been more of my nitpicking.
Despite all of my above complaining I did have moments where I was lost in the story. There was a lot of steamy sex scenes and I am interested in the next book in the series. The writing was good and I will be reading the next one, eventually.
I was in a book funk for about a month and I gotta confess I didn't know why I had chosen to read this book. But it turned out to be exactly what I needed. This is romantic, steamy, lightweighted, fun and inspirational book. I loved it!
I didn't read the first book but I was curious with this. I thought it was way too interesting when in the beginning of the book the author said this story is set in the end of 2021 in a world that already received the vaccine for a virus that is not named on the book. I was actually avoiding books that was set during the pandemic - because I thought it would be stressful - but this one doesn't specify what virus or get too much in this subject, and it's a world that has already gone through the worst part so it was actually a lot hopeful.
In THE BEST OF US, Ryan and Kendall know each other since they were kids because Kendall is the best friend of Ryan's sister, but they don't get along. When Ryan's sister decided to spend the honeymoon in a secluded cabin, Ryan and Kendall go there to decorate and stock the house with food and booze. But it's snowing more than they expected and they got stuck in the cabin. What was supposed to be a 2 day trip, ends up being waaay more than this. They fight. They start to know each other. They get together. And is so hot!!!
This book was so good! I loved Ryan! I loved Kendall. They were good people with an amazing soul. I love how everything happened and now I want to read the first book about his sister. And I can't wait for the next either. The story flows through the pages you don't even see the time passing. I couldn't put it down. It was the best way to get out of a book funk and I highly recommend it.
*I received an ARC of this book ____ 4 estrelas
Eles brigaram. Eles começaram a se conhecer. Eles ficaram juntos. E foi tão quente!!!
Este livro foi tão bom! Eu amei o Ryan! Eu amei a Kendall.
what’s better than being snow stormed inside a cabin with your lowkey enemy who you have been pining over for years??? NOTHING! NOTHING BEATS KENDALL AND RYAN! i adore them SO MUCH! their love story was the absolute cutest and im obsessed with them!! this book was everything and i will never get over kendall and ryan. im so sad their book is over :(
tropes: -forced proximity -best friends brother -dislike to lovers
This year has been very trying so the fact that one of my favorite duos have chosen to write about some of the things we’ve all ben through this year. Well it makes me happy. We all need a little love and definitely an escape in 2020. The Best of Us by Kennedy Fox was just what I needed to get me out of my funk. This is such a sexy - funloving - heartfelt lovestory! Just wow. Nobody does the whole enemies to friends to lovers concept better than Kennedy Fox. I absolutely loved Kendall - she such a badass, independent, funloving Princess. She is just so much fun. And than we have Ryan: Can you say Mcdreamy! Who doesn’t love a fierce, protective and loving Doctor! These two together are Fireworks and you do not want to miss out on this story. I couldn’t put the book down, which was both great yet sad! I wish I could read these books all day - everyday. The Best of Us i set to released December 1st 💙
I just love Ryan and Kendall ❤️ This is the second book in the Love in Isolation Series - telling the story of Cami’s brother and best friend. These two are going back up to ‘the cabin’ to prepare it for Cami and Eli’s honeymoon when an artic storm hits and forces them to spend time together - for many, many days. After seeing how these two got along (or didn’t) in Cami’s book, I was sooo excited to see what was behind all of that fire...and, man, was it HOT 🔥 🔥 This is the perfect book to lose yourself in while you’re curled up with a blanket. The angst is low and the heat and swoon are through the roof!! As always, Kennedy Fox leave me wanting more - I can’t wait until The End of Us!!
The Best of Us was a really cute and steamy snowed in romance. Ryan and Kendall were super cute and I really enjoyed spending time with them.
I adored watching them fall in love and truly get to know each other while they were trapped in that mountain cabin. I also really loved to see how Cami and Eli were doing and watching them get married and have a baby. I love those moments, just like I loved the friendship between Cami and Kendall.
This book really felt like one of those cheesy and cute hallmark holiday movies. If you love those, definitely pick up this book! I also I am so looking forward to the next one in this series. I love the tropes and it sounds like it’s gonna be 🔥!
➳ARC kindly provided by the author and the PR company, in exchange for an honest review.
Ryan and Kendall are so sweet and steamy I had a smile on my face for almost the entire book! Starting out as enemies, the two get stuck together in a cabin, trapped in the mountains during a major snow storm. Unable to deny the chemistry between things definitely heat up and steamy good times ensue. But what happens when it’s time to go home? Will what they shared stay at the cabin or can they bring that same chemistry back to the real world with them?
This was a really romantic, super steamy, perfect romance book! I loved Ryan and Kendall, seeing there’s more to these two than superficial impressions. I loved watching the relationship develop between them and even enjoyed the angst of seeing what happens next when the snow storm was over. Great book!! Read it!
Ever read a book that you know isn't bad, but you just don't love it? That's where I'm at with this one. After reading the first book in this series of interconnected standalones, I was intrigued enough about these characters to check out their story. But it sort of just felt like an endless loop of one or two-page sex scenes that left me more bored than anything. I'd take two 15-page steamy scenes over fifteen two-page scenes any day of the week, because the repetition is neither sexy nor does it do anything to advance the story. So while there's some good stuff going on in this story and I loved the forced proximity/shared history elements, I really just didn't care about the relationship at all.
The story follows Kendall and Ryan (not to be mistaken for the author of that name), two people who have been bickering acquaintances for much of their lives. Ryan's sister is Kendall's best friend, so they've known the basics about each other for years. And while that's led to Kendall having a bit of a crush on Ryan, he just thinks of her as a spoiled princess. When they find themselves stuck in a cabin together during a snowstorm, they're left with nothing but time on their hands to work out their differences - one way or another.
Since it's a divisive topic, it's important to note that this series takes place in a world with COVID. That was both the best and worst part of the first book in this series, but it's a minor element here. Essentially, this one takes place after the vaccine has been widely dispersed, and Ryan is a doctor who has done nothing but work since the start of the pandemic. Neither of those are the focus here (unlike the first book), but they are mentioned repeatedly.
For me, this just didn't hit the mark. Ryan doesn't think very highly of Kendall when they begin their time together, so having them spend like 50% of the story in bed leads me to question why his opinion would change, other than being happy that she volunteers. There are miscommunications and sex instead of speaking along the way, so it never felt like more than lust. And over the top lust at that. There's also a subplot involving Ryan's ex that doesn't do the story any favors, so any hope this had of receiving a higher rating from me was completely extinguished. Any of these elements on their own wouldn't have been an issue, but the combination left me feeling very disconnected from the story. I'm sure many fans of this writing duo will still enjoy this one, but I can't say that it was a winner for me. I received an early copy and am voluntarily leaving a review of this very steamy romance.
I read this book and loved it so I was a bit worried about the narration, I shouldn’t have given it a second thought because Tor Thom and Emma Wilder did a wonderful job bringing the characters and their journey to life. Wow, this is an amazing read, it’s a steamy hot enemies to lovers book and it’s Kendall and Ryan’s story. Ryan and Kendall have know each other all their life in fact Kendall is Ryan’s sister’s best friend so she was always around but Ryan sees her as a wealthy princess and it’s only when they get snowed in together do they really get to know the real people behind the faces. Stuck together with no power and not much else to do but explore each other leads to so much more but what will happen when the power comes back on and the snow is gone ...... Ryan us a doctor and this book is set a year from now so it touched on life in the pandemic we have lived in this year, it’s well written with adorable characters and a great story, if you are looking for an entertaining read that will really lift your spirt look no further than The Best of Us, you won’t be disappointed. This book captivated me and it was read in one sitting and I’m excited for the next instalment in the Love in Isolation Series.
I've been looking forward to this one since reading The Two of Us, which I absolutely adored! While that one took place during the pandemic, this one takes place afterward when a vaccine is available. I think what I like about these books is the impact of a pandemic is very realistically portrayed--which I think we can all connect to right now. Ryan was such an interesting character and not what I was expecting after meeting his sister Cami in book 1. Ryan is a doctor and worked during the pandemic. That and his wealthy family impact who he is and how he's coping during this book. Kendall handles what Ryan throws at her pretty well, even though she's obviously had a thing for him for a long time. This was such a journey for these two, with lots and lots of steamy moments. They are definitely NOT lacking chemistry! It was fun to see little bits of Cami and Eli as well. I'm excited to see what comes next in this series. Thank you to Kennedy Fox and Wildfire Marketing Solutions for the eARC in exchange for an honest review!
This is my new favorite KFox book!!! Forced proximity, enemies to lovers with alllllll the heat and emotions?! YES.
If you've read the first book in the series (which you totally should) then you know that Ryan and Kendall have been tip-toeing around each other for YEARS, even if their lust was disguised as hate. While they both come from very rich families, Ryan chose to do more with his career and is a doctor, set in the terrifying time of COVID. Kendall doesn't have a career of her own yet, and while their flirty, hate-filled banter might be on point, Ryan thinks she's nothing but a pretty face.. until he sees the beautiful soul underneath.
Kendall is used to people thinking she's just another rich pretty girl, but that doesn't stop her from hoping that Ryan would see past the facade she's perfected. The girl has a giant heart, and although I hated how Ryan initially judged her -- despite knowing her all this time-- I loved seeing her put him in his place repeatedly and showed him just how wonderful she really is.
Since they are both snowed in together at the infamous cabin from the first book, it doesn't take long for lusty looks and flirty innuendos to finally come to a head in the most deliciously dirty ways. I have to say that this is the HOOTTTEEEST book these ladies have written!! Ryan and Kendall have such amazing sexual chemistry, but I adores watching those tender moments steal the show when they least expected it. But can a workaholic like Ryan be able to make time for a relationship with the woman he's always wanted? Or will their differences always stand in their way?
I just adored these two so much!! It was a bumpy road getting to their happy ever after, but so worth it!! These two complete opposites just fit in the most perfect of ways! And that small cliffhanger-ish at the end has me hoping that the next few months fly by so we can get Kendall's sisters books!!
On a serious note, I loved the obvious care these ladies put into the Covid storyline. Even though the events took place a year after the pandemic, and everyone now has the vaccine, having Ryan mentally and emotionally struggle with the fallout of losing so many patients and colleges, and the toll the virus itself took on him perfectly really resonated with me. Our front line health care providers are warriors, and deserve to be treated like such. I can't imagine putting your life at risk every single day for these trying times, and oftentimes not getting the respect they deserve. So I have even more love for these ladies for wiritng that particular storyline the way they did.
This is just truly another amazing book by this amazing duo, and I cannot see what they come up with next!!
**I received an ARC of this book and these are my honest opinions!**
The Best of Us by Kennedy Fox Love in Isolation #2
Who else is ready for the second book in this series? If this year has taught us anything it’s that being in isolation has its ups and downs! The Best of Us is due to be released on the 01/12/2020.
“On the way down the long driveway, I catch a glimpse of the cabin in the side mirror, I watch it until it’s out of view, and sadness washes over me because I know I left a piece of my heart behind.”
This year has been like none other, but I’m so glad that this amazing duo has taken the time to write about some of the struggles everyone been through. Whilst doing it though they also touched base on how much it’s taken a toll of our front line and how absolutely amazing they are!
Now this book continues on from the first book in this series with Kendall and Ryan heading to his families cabin to get it ready for his sister and Kendall’s best friends honeymoon. Little did they think that the short trip would turn in to days, also having to be locked in a house with each other feelings are definitely going to come out, it’s just a matter of are they good or bad.
Ryan St.James is a doctor at one of the many hospitals in New York, these last couple of years have really taken it’s tole of him, but he wouldn’t trade it for the world because it’s his dream job. But when he’s forced to stay away for a whilst does he realise there’s more to life then working. Kendall Montgomery is super excited that her best friend is finally getting to marry the man of her dreams, so of course she volunteers to decorate the Cabin where there relationship began. What she didn’t signup for was having Ryan come along as well and then getting the snowstorm of all snowstorms!
I absolutely loved this book, with this year being the way it has been this not long shows the positives that can come outdoors it but also the hardships that our frontline works are going through, it’s brilliant I highly recommend it!
I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of The Best Of Us and for that I’m very grateful.
What happens when a dedicated doctor is stuck in a snowstorm with his best friend’s high-maintenance sister? Ryan doesn’t know the real Kendall at all, and she was the last person he wanted to spend time with. He felt she needed to quit her social ladder-climbing and get a real job. But after being in close quarters with the lovely Kendall, he realized that she was not who he thought she was at all. She was so much more.
Being stranded in the middle of nowhere during a freak November blizzard is not how Kendall thought her quick weekend trip would turn out. Ryan was easy on the eyes, a brilliant doctor and the man who had starred in many of her dreams. Kendall was more than aware that Ryan thought she was superficial and only interested in spa dates and party planning, but he couldn’t be more wrong.
No one wants to be snowed in during a storm with the possibility of losing power, while slowly running out of food! But Kendall was ecstatic to be alone with Ryan and decided to make the best of their crazy situation. They brought plenty of food, the cottage was nice and cozy, and she would finally have Ryan all to herself. Kendall and Ryan have more in common than they thought, and perhaps the magic of the country cottage would cast a spell over them and give them a happily ever after.
There was a sweet comfort to this snowed-in together story. Like a cheesy Hallmark movie, but with the heat turned up ten thousand degrees.
These two souls, Ryan and Kendall, have avoided each other most of their lives, only interacting when necessary, but even then with contempt. As much as Ryan's sister and Kendall's best friend, Cami wished they got along, it never happened, but it was most likely due to mutual attraction that both denied having to one another.
However, now that both Ryan and Kendall are trapped in a cabin with no rescue in sight they are forced to not only co-exist together, but for the first time ever they are forced to be truthful about their feelings for each other.
Ryan and Kendall have tons of chemistry and they have zero problems once their clothes are removed. This story is hot!! Where they begin to doubt one another is after the hormones calm down. They have insecurities and doubts, just like the rest of the world, about what will happen once they leave the cabin. Can they survive long term? How will things work outside their bubble?
The Best of Us is mega hot, but also contains a super sweet story about two people just as messed up as the rest of us. Another Kennedy Fox hit!
The Best of Us hooked me from the very beginning. Nothing like a major blizzard to bring two people who can’t stand to be around each other together.
Ryan and Kendall grew up around each other. Ryan is Kendall’s best friends brother. Ryan is a hardworking ER doctor who gets roped into helping Kendall decorating his families cabin for his baby sisters honeymoon. What neither of them expect is the massive blizzard that strands them at the cabin.
I couldn’t get enough of the banter, the tension and the chemistry between Ryan and Kendall. From the very beginning they are at each other, but you could feel the underlying tension and both of them trying to deny their chemistry. Kendall wormed her way into Ryan’s life whether he wanted her there or not. There were plenty of steamy moments, but also plenty of moments that will make you swoon and laugh.
The Best of Us is a MUST READ romance that has all the makings of a Hallmark movie.
I don't know what to say, it had been a bit too long between the first book in this series and this one, which made it a little harder for me to remember what exactly happened in the first one and I was a little confused with the timelines and sometimes even the characters had me confused -as to who they where and if I already should know them but forgot them- which wasn't optimal reading but still. I really enjoyed the book and the trope is just fantastic, the way they're snowed in together and are getting to know each other on a deeper level and then leading up to the hot and steamy scenes. I loved every aspect of it and can't wait for book 3! Definitely recommend this book!
The ladies of Kennedy Fox have just written my favorite book of 2020!!!! Kendall and Ryan were everything you love in an enemies to lovers trope. The banter between the two of them was hysterical and the chemistry was off the charts! Behind all the banter and steam is a wonderful story of two people who let the outside world and their perceived notion of each other overshadow the obvious feelings they have always had for each other. This book is just what you need to get you through the holiday season or 2020 for that matter. I love the magic that this cabin seems to have. I can't wait for the next story in this series.
There were some great romantic things that happened between Ryan and Kendall in this one. I loved the bath tub scenes, the monopoly (that turned sexy), the watching Hallmark movies together, and just all the cuddling scenes. I really just all the tender moments and the amount of affection they showed towards one another. It was very sweet.
On the flip side they had some raw, hot steamy sexy times. It was hot and spicy with lots of scenes of them getting busy on the page. There were some great hot scenes. Sensual scenes that I really enjoyed. However, for me personally it did go a little too far at times especially a certain word when it was mentioned. It kind made it feel like there were less feelings because of that. In my opinion if someone has feelings for someone, then that word never should be used. It just doesn’t and didn’t work for me. It was a turn off. It just kind of made waver on the romance a bit when those things happened.
I was disappointed that there wasn’t as much angst. I thought there would be a lot more especially with them being stuck in the cabin and her unrequited feelings for him, but they go into have a only physical relationship pretty early on, and then start going at it. I wanted more build up, more tension as they spent more time together and being stuck together during the storm. I wanted all that pressure build just upping the anticipation factor until they exploded. I wanted that angsty ride, but I didn’t get that.
Even though she had feelings for him for years, I felt like it was more unrequited lust more than anything. So, there wasn’t as much emotional agony as I would of liked for the cabin part of the story. There was plenty afterwards, which I really enjoyed, but I wanted to feel my guts pulled out as they were stuck together. That was just what I was expecting from this best friend’s brother trope.
Finally what I wasn’t ready for, and definitely wasn’t what I was wanting, was the mention of the pandemic. I appreciated that Ryan was a doctor and on the front lines that saw it first hand and dealing with trauma and PTSD from it, causing him to be emotionally broken a little bit. However, personally I just don’t read about it in my romances. I read romances to get away from reality and step into fantasy so when it was mentioned about the pandemic and vaccines it just really bothered me. It just became a trigger for me, and I might not have read this if I knew it was in here.
Overall, I did like it, though I did waver a bit because I didn’t like their physical relationship started as soon as it did. However, I did like them as a couple. I thought they had some really great moments. My favorites were when they were affectionate towards one another. I loved them connecting with each other heart and soul. They really were meant for each other. I didn’t care for the brashness of some words they used especially during sexy times. I did wish there was more build up and angst.
TW: Pandemic

4.5 Star Review The Best Of Us by Kennedy Fox This is Ryan and Kendall’s story, which is a well written love story that certainly ticked the boxes for me. This story is set a year after the pandemic that has crippled the world as we know it. In The Best Of Us Ryan and Kendall are thrown together thanks to a blizzard which has them snowed in. Having known each other for years (as Kendall is best friend’s with Ryan’s sister) they are familiar with one another and yet they are not.
The narration by Emma Wilder and Tor Thom really brought this story to life for me. They were both well suited to the characters and were so easy to listen to.
With nothing to do but learn all there is to know about one another, they are drawn together not only by circumstances but an attraction that becomes too hard to ignore. The chemistry between these two is intense and sizzles.
However what happens when they are no longer trapped, will they go there separate ways or is this the start of an amazing journey to love?
Ryan and Kendall have a lot of skewed perceptions of each other. No one else can get under their skin quite like the other does. That's why when they're snowed in at cabin together, things don't go so well, AT FIRST. Later, though? That attraction that has always been there just has to be consummated, in all kinds of fun ways!
I love enemies to lovers and friend's brother romances, and this one is great. All the tension and the snark - delicious! Kendall is smart, sweet and independent, something that simultaneously drives Ryan nuts and draws him like crazy. Though this is the second isolation novel, it's set slightly after the first, so the world is post vaccine, and it gave me a little hope that our world will soon be in that same stage. The Best of Us is a wonderful way for us to look forward.

⭐️ 4 "By The Fireplace" Stars ⭐️ The Best of Us is a light read with lots of steamy moments, but also charged with emotion! The romance is really sweet and had me with a constant smile on my face from its beauty. It’s perfect for this time of year with a holiday feeling!
Kendall and Ryan’s relationship was amazing to watch unfold. They’ve known each other for years, as Kendall is best friend with Ryan’s little sister Cami (The Two of Us), and have been fighting a strong attraction wrapped in animosity. When they end up stuck together in a chalet in the mountains after a snowstorm it’s the chance for them to discover more about each other. They soon realize that the assumptions they had of each other are so wrong. This couple is fire together and share pretty intense and hot moments, but they also open up to each other about their aspirations. They’re quite lovely and under all the hotness, the romance is cute!
I enjoyed the main couple and was glad to see more of Cami and Eli too as they’re preparing their marriage. The introduction of Piper, Kendall’s sister, was interesting and certainly have me intrigued about the next novel in the series, The End of Us! Kennedy Fox signed another fantastic read with all the wow factors that left me with happy feelings!
There is nothing like a good steamy romance. And man... is this book full of the steam. Winter just got a whole lot hotter if you ask me. Being stuck in a cabin, due to a snow storm with a dreamboat...doesn't sound so bad to me. But now throw in that you can't stand the dreamboat and he's your best friends brother, makes for an interesting time.
I adore all things KF and this book was no different. I sat and devoured this book in one sitting. Stopping occasionally to wipe the drool from my chin. This is the perfect book to sit down and get distracted with. It's full of holiday fun, drool worthy moments, enemies to lovers...what more could you need?
Kennedy packs a punch with this story and I can't wait to read more in this series. So, grab the wine, cozy up, and get to reading!
It's hard for me to leave bad reviews, but I'm part of the minority on this one. I just didn't like it, like at all. I wanted to put it down so many times and just DNF, but I hate not finishing a book. I kept telling myself it would get better... it didn't.
*Possible Spoilers below*
Honestly you could cut the book in half and combine the first 100 pages. She wakes up and slips out of bed, when she comes down he's making coffee, they have sex then eat. Sit around then have sex, eat dinner and watch TV, then have sex. Repeat. Seriously, days 3-12 are basically the same thing on repeat. Same inner monologues, same conversations, same actions.
The Best of Us by Kennedy Fox mixed heat and heart perfectly. The swoony feels can melt the coldest hearts. Nuclear hot chemistry can melt the strongest blizzard. It was a dreamy combination of adorable characters, hot and sweet feels and impeccable writing.
Ryan and his sister's best friend Kendall always had an angry energy between them. Ryan always thought her as rich, snobby and shallow society princess. And Kendall always thought Ryan to be brooding and bitter towards her. So what happens when they get stranded in a cabin in mountains after severe snowfall?
I am loving these novels so much! The scenic beauty of the cabin and it's warm cozy feels create the perfect backdrop for an epic romance. Isolated from modern world and everything, the characters have to face their true feelings. Kudos to Kennedy Fox for writing Ryan's character realistically. He has lived through a pandemic( the story is set two years in future) and as a doctor myself, I can tell you his feelings are very real. Living through the horror of losing people and the fear of getting infected self and spreading it to family members- it's a major stressor. And I completely understand Ryan's retreat in his shell. He is afraid of close commitments. His hectic life as a doctor isn't easy for relationship (another raw fact). And he was hesitant about Kendall.
But this woman is so so amazing! She is beautiful inside out. She may be rich and from a famous family. But she is far from a self absorbed person. She gives so much to the community and helps others. And she accepted Ryan's issues and gave her everything to make it happen. She may have insecurities but she went all out to prove to Ryan that they are the real deal. And wow the chemistry! It's one of the steamiest books by Kennedy Fox( and that's saying something). My body and panties were on fire. Also they had this heartaching connection. The story had enough angst to make it edgy but overall it was a sweet, scorching hot and magical romance.
The Best of Us by Kennedy Fox is the best by the authors. Swoony. Heart warming. Steamy. It conquered my heart and soul.
Ugh such a good read once again!! Kennedy Fix never fails me. I absolutely love this series. Can’t wait to read a little more about their future when the next book comes out about Piper!!
One of the best siblings best friend books out there! Kendall and Ryan had ALLLLL the spice!
I loved that this book wasn’t just about the spice and touched lightly on other subjects such as mental health and the importance of taking a step back to take care of yourself.
There was also the feeling a warm and fuzzy all over this book but Kennedy Fox always knows how to give us the spice we want! If you’re looking for a spicy quick forced proximity read, so far this whole series is the one to choose!
