This came folded up and was a little wrinkled, but after ironing it, it lost the wrinkles. It was super easy to work with and is a good, thick material. I made an ironing station with it by placing a few layers of batting under it and using plywood as the base. Was just shy of 60 inches wide-but I just cut the wood to make it work.

The last time I recovered my pressing surface, I was able to find a heavier version of this fabric. At this weight, the fabric will eventually stretch and crease, which is not a desirable feature in an ironing surface cloth. I do have it stretched tightly, but I can see that it does stretch somewhat, and will eventually crease.
