Broken Heir: A Dark Enemies to Lovers College Romance (Sweetest Revenge Book 4) Kindle Edition

4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars 1,483 ratings

I thought the truth would be black and white. I couldn’t have been more wrong.

The Boys of Ascendance Bay have wormed their way under my skin, or rather some of them have. The others I’m still not so sure about.

With each task for the Regents getting deadlier and the Pi Ep parties growing more depraved, the guys have become my safe haven. All of that is threatened when their stalker decides that they have too much interest in me.

Now I’m stuck in my enemy’s care with my twin, and I have to find a way out or we’ll kill each other. I refuse to rot down here.

I won't be broken again.

Keats, Atlas, Thayer, and maybe even Jude, will stop at nothing to find me, no matter how much blood they have to spill. If I want a life with them, then I have to fight for it harder than I’ve ever fought for anything else.

Before all this is over I know I’ll end up with blood on my hands. The only question is whose?

If you love the twists and turns of Caroline Peckham and the steam of Tate James, then you'll love Broken Heir!

Scroll up and one-click Broken Heir to start the next installment of this sexy, sinful series today!

Please note that Helen and Zoey plan on moving the release date forward upon completion of the book.

This is book four in the Sweetest Revenge series and be prepared for the heart stopping cliffhanger ending. Lyric is still trying to find out who killed her sister but she no longer suspects Jude, Thayer, Keats, or Atlas. Now they are all trying g to work together to find out who the killer is but Lyric's father and his second in command, Sampson, are still trying to do everything they can to control and manipulate her. This is an awesome series and I'm dying to read the fifth and final book to find out how it all ends.

Well slap my ass and call me Sally! This book has it all! Some ends tied up, some desserts served… a lot of steam 🥵🥵🥵

It wouldn’t have been a good story without behind the scenes machinations, deals being made, tasks being completed, secrets revealed, and of course the obligatory mild cliffhanger.

I’m not certain why the authors have made the choice not to tell us much of anything about Atlas, Keats, Jude, and Thayer. Maybe because the focus the focus of the series is on Lyric? Irregardless of the why, I would still like to know more about the guys. It’s a lot harder to be invested in them when they are becoming half characters at best.

It was oh so satisfying to have Lyric and Jude finally get on the same page. That forest scene? 🔥 🔥 🔥 Love to see a bit of primal so this was a lovely treat. I’m anxiously awaiting Thayer making good on his promise too.

We’re in the home stretch of this series now anf I pray that the authors don’t drop the ball on the conclusion. I needs questions answered and I needs ALL the retribution. 4.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

6/5 Extra⭐ Read I continue to love this series. Romance with a plot. As always a great balance. This book sees less of a sorority focus (for a reason) and more on the repercussions of what happened during the cliffhanger last book. More with the regents and the family at play. More from the relationships that are already established and loving it. And then establishing the slower burn enemies to lovers that is Jude. Which I love with our age that the relationships can have different paces. And I think it really pays off with Jude. If this book sees them coming together as a group. It resolves some mysteries and opens up more. We get to know more about Evie. I'm hoping she gets a book and I'm excited for Melody to get a book because what an interesting character. The book flew by I do wish they were a little longer. We still have twists and turns and a really great ending leading into the next book. Really excited to see where the last one goes and excited to see a short wait with the pre-order for September excited but don't want it to end. I really enjoyed this series.

Lyric, the last surviving Sterling child, has been through more danger in the past few months than she thought she would face since she started on her quest to get answers about her oldest sister’s death. As the story progresses her bad luck continues to strike, she may have to return to the situation she dislikes, and digging into the past will definitely keep her mode set to fight. Helen Scott and Zoey Shelby brought more pain into the dark game being played in Brutal Heir. While some relationships are mended in this one the road back to the past seems to be strewn with broken glass that she cannot avoid. The book ends in a cliffhanger. Reader discretion advised due to dark subject matter and/or possible triggers.

I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.

Just plain awesome!!!! Holy moly what a ride indeed. Get ready everyone for this book packs a punch from the get go. Filled with adrenaline galore....our gal is certainly in a predicament, but don't count her out 😉. There are oodles of twists and turns, intrigue and mystery, sexy time, alpha males, sweet sweet revenge... and one sassy, fierce, independent, flat out AWESOME female right at the center of this twisted tale. Suffice to say there's not even remotely a boring moment among these pages 😉. Get ready for one epic journey...but be prepared as it does end with a HUGE cliffhanger! I can't wait to see what happens next!!!!

I’m so ready for this series to come to an end. I can taste it and crave all the ways Lyric and her men are going to get retribution. It will be Poetic Justice of the finest!! As far as Melody is concerned, I don’t like her at all and can’t wait until
Lyric sees who she truly is.

I absolutely love this series. I am loving Lyric and how strong she is. Also learning more about The Boys of Ascendance Bay. Each has their own personality and compliments Lyric differently. Learning more about the stalker too. I am also hating the fathers of each one especially Lyric's. Sampson too, ugh they are evil. Her twin Melody makes me scream at the book too and want to shake her. Brings out all the emotions which is perfect for a book for me. Also glad Lyric found Evie and has a friend. Can't wait for next book.

This book is filled with editing issues! The story is okay, but she’s not as strong as she should be considering how she was raised. There’s too much going on all the time, like the authors had a bunch of ideas and instead of picking the best, they just crammed them all in.

5.0 out of 5 stars Bring on Bloody Princess 👑
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on September 17, 2022
Damn! Now that’s a cliffhanger and oh boy they just unleashed the bloody princess hehe it’s so frigging exciting.

This series is something else. You think a group of young adults with scum of the earth parents, too much money and messed up upbringings would be all and they have no idea about real life, trauma, real pain etc but oh they do and it brings them together in some twisted ways with a added bonus of some heated passion.
There’s been too many people dictating their lives, blackmail and control. This is about payback, revenge and taking back their control. Their parents and ruthless leaders have seen them as their get out of jail tickets, their pawns to use on the chess board etc but they have under estimated these young people and oh am I looking forward to the blood and pain they will inflict on them all. And I’m here for it all.

4.0 out of 5 stars I’m flying through these

This is a page turner. Be prepared to miss sleep and be late due to the ‘one more chapter’ rule every reader seems to have. This would be a five star review but some of the errors could have been fixed with a proof reader. Yet I’m still jumping straight into the next book 🤷🏻‍♀️

This series just keeps getting better and better, it picks up from book 3’s ending, Lyric was taken. The stalker is revealed eventually and I have to say I was surprised. So much happens in this book, mind you we still have a long way to go before we know all the answers aaagggghhhhhh.
Love lyrics character Development through the series bit there is a big change in the characters relationships in a positive way in this book.
Ends on a massive cliffhanger and I’m eager for the final book, eager is an understatement I neeeeeedddddd it now lol.

With a massive cliffhanger at the end, this book is sure to become a favourite!
