Three primary configurations

The Stretch-EZ can be worn in three unique orientations to accommodate different stretching positions.

Placement Option 1

This is the most common placement option used to stretch the arch of the foot (plantar fascia) or calf, and features the heel in the fabric opening.

This configuration is used to stretch the quadricep. It features the foot inserted in the opening, and the hook and loop strap around the ankle.
