This story kept me reading, wanting to see how it turned out. Two very broken people found each other, fought their feelings, but managed to begin the healing process as they fell in love. There was some strong chemistry, lots of misunderstandings, and protective walls erected to keep their hearts from being hurt more. There were happy moments, sad and teary moments, and some slightly dangerous moments. This book is well worth the read. I received a copy through Elle Wood Promotions.

Both Bryce and Tia are in a world of pain and constantly take it out on those around them. Their grief brings them together and they are soon moving towards a relationship, that is if Tia doesn’t sabotage it before it gets a chance. I liked that Bryce was determined to move their relationship forward and refused to give up even when Tia went on the attack. There were moments when I was on the edge of my seat whilst reading and wasn't sure that they would get their happily ever.
