An addictive sports romance that hits all the right notes. Piper's impeccable writing draws you in, making it impossible to put the book down. The delectable characters, the interconnection of beloved worlds, and the emotional roller coaster of Clay and Nova's story create an experience that lingers long after the final page. Be warned, the cliffy will leave you yearning for more. If you're a fan of intense chemistry, second chances, and unforgettable characters, is an absolute must-read.

I am really enjoying the relationship between Clay and Nova. Their relationship is messy, but I can't help but root for them. I liked that we got both of their points of views throughout the book. The book ended on a great cliffhanger. I can’t wait to dive into the next book in the series Play Maker so I can get more of their story. Lance and Carly did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

One of my anticipated reads of 2023! I simply can't get enough of Clay and Nova! Every time I read Piper's stories, her writing captivates me, and I instantly get pulled into her work. I love seeing familiar characters making a cameo appearance in my reads, once again, Piper does an outstanding job in execution. Piper, Piper! Your cliffhangers should be illegal! I don't think I can handle another breakup 😭 Nevertheless, I'm excited to read the final instalment of this great series.
