About this item
- LOW PROFILE DESIGN: The PowerStep Pinnacle 3/4 insole has the exact same benefits as our Pinnacle Neutral, except it's in 3/4 length insole. 3/4 length insoles are great for those who need a little more room in the toes or for use in shoes that have less toe depth.
- NEUTRAL ARCH SUPPORT: Firm but flexible contoured neutral arch support with a deep heel cradle for increased comfort, stability, and motion control which aligns the feet to help relieve and prevent pain from mild to moderate pronation.
- RELIEVES AND PREVENTS PAIN: PowerStep Pinnacle 3/4 can help alleviate pain associated with common foot, ankle, hip, knee and back pain or pain from conditions caused by Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendonitis.
- NO TRIMMING: PowerStep insoles can be moved from shoe to shoe. Inserts are sized by shoe size and intended for footwear where the factory insoles can not be removed. Designed for shoes with less depth at the toes such as Athletic (Walking/Running), Casual & Dress

How did we get our start?
In 1991, Dr. Les Appel, the founder of PowerStep as well as a podiatrist and avid runner, recognized the need for ready-to-wear orthotic insoles for people struggling with common foot pain. Dr. Appel combined his knowledge of foot anatomy along with his passion for running to create the first PowerStep insoles.
What makes our products unique?

We have over 80 years of manufacturing and development experience in the foot care industry.
From the manufacturer
PowerStep Pinnacle 3/4 length insoles are the perfect solution for those who are looking for all-day comfort and support in tighter, low profile shoes. The 3/4 length uses a tapered edge leaving extra room at toes for those narrow, tighter fitting shoes. Pinnacle 3/4 provides neutral arch support and moderate cushioning to alleviate pain from common foot conditions caused by mild to moderate pronation.
The Pinnacle 3/4 Length insoles are intended for footwear that does not have a removable factory footbed and designed for shoes with less depth at the toes such as Athletic (Walking/Running), Casual & Dress
PowerStep Pinnacle 3/4 Length
Pronation can cause:
- Plantar Fasciitis
- Achilles Tendonitis
- Shin Splints
- Arch & heel pain
- Ankle, knee, hip & back pain
How to use | Proper care
- For best fit, remove your existing insole and replace it with PowerStep Insole.
- Place the insole against the back of the shoe, holding it in place as you slide your foot in.
Spot clean with mild detergent. Do not immerse in water. Air Dry.
Neutral Arch Support
Our most popular neutral arch helps provide proper alignment and treats mild pronation. When foot alignment is neutral, a supportive insole helps maintain correct form.
Why Pinnacle 3/4?
Featuring the signature PowerStep arch shape, but with a low flat heel cradle, Pinnacle 3/4 adds stability and motion control to limit excess stress on feet, ankles, joints, and tendons, while fitting comfortably into more narrow fitting shoes, the 3/4 length leaves extra room making these the perfect choice if you are looking for a way to keep your feet comfortable and pain-free.

I’ve been wearing them for a week or so now and am very pleased with how comfortable they are. They stay in place and don’t slide forward in my shoes. There is ample support and flexibility so that it moves and flexes as you walk but without compromising its intended purpose. I wish I had purchased these sooner. They fit great in my Doc Martins.
They are true to size and required no trimming.
I got the size 11-11.5 and I normally wear a size 11.5 D. They fit great.
Two caveats: 1) if walking briskly, these will slide away from the heel of my shoe. It’s not a large or uncomfortable problem and is easily fixed by bumping them back into place. I may buy some adhesive to stick them to the bottom of my favorite shoes but that means I will need to buy many more to fit all the shoes. One of the nice parts is these can be moved between pairs so that all of this as you will.
2) in flats that do not have strong support on the sides of your food, these feel very strange. They slide side to side and do not fit right. Again, adhesive would fix that.
Overall I am very happy and my feet feel great. I just need to decide if I am going to buy more and invest in adhesive to fix the sliding problem
