My name is Mitch Hartwell, professionally known as “Erik Everhard”. For the last 20 years, I’ve been part of a grand experiment, the kind that could only be done in a strange sort of laboratory. My lab was the world of sexually explicit adult films, also known as pornography, or just “porno.” You see it’s an experiment that you wouldn’t be able to undertake under any other circumstances except within the confines of this particular arena. Now, what I am about to say isn’t meant to brag but merely to demonstrate the point, I’ve slept with approximately 4,000 women, plus or minus 500. Tell me one instance where you would be able to sleep with so many women without a condom and still be alive? I can’t really think of any. That volume of sexual partners just isn’t generally a reality for most normal people, nor should it be.
Everybody is looking for something completely different out of sex and relationships. Some people are looking to play the field, some are looking to explore their sexuality, and others are simply looking to find one person they can love and settle down with. However, from all of my sexual trysts, there was a lot of learning because I’ve always approached this job with my eyes wide open. I’ve approached it from the viewpoint of learning. THIS IS THE DEFINITIVE LEARNING GROUND FOR SEXUALITY.
Talking heads on TV like to give sexual advice to people all the time: how to have better sex, what you should do to please your partners, how you should perform, and on, and on, and on…and what the fuck do they know? They’ve barely done any fucking. Most of these self-professed gurus actually know very little about sex outside of what they’ve studied in the classroom, as if library knowledge was the de facto secret to magically pleasing a woman. They like to get on stage, have a big TEDx talk about how to increase pleasure and the things that you can do to better your sex life, when in reality, they seem to have very little PRACTICAL experience in these areas in which they claim to be “experts.” If I’m going in for a heart operation, I want the guy who’s performed 10,000 heart operations, not the one who read 10,000 books on how to do one. Neither would you want to hire a carpenter to build your house when he only learned how to hammer a nail just yesterday.
The only way you learn about sex is by doing it. Human sexuality ain’t in a book and it’s not on TV; it’s in a person. To get to the core of it you need to be fucking some people. Not only must you be doing that, but you must be paying attention to each and every different individual, finding out what works, with whom, and why. And I have…for 20 years. So, within this manual I’ve taken every thing that I’ve ever learned about sexuality and codified it into knowledge that could only be discovered in a crazy experiment, and that experiment is now one of which you too can reap the rewards.
Enjoy,
Erik Everhard

A lot of books written about leveling up sexual performance dip into woowoo foolishness about aligning your chakras and other such superstitious nonsense, with little actual practical advice. I've read a few of them. They're frequently annoying, and occasionally useful. This book is the opposite of that norm.
The advice in this book is actionable. The language is direct (and colorfully colloquial), taking a sort of casual conversational format.
It's organized by chapters on specific informational topics, and broken up with entertaining interlude stories about the author's most shocking/interesting/salient experiences as an elite male porn star.
Topics include advanced cunnilingus technique, exercises to last longer, useful mindsets, supplements, social dynamics of threesomes, etc etc.
The book details the physical and mental practices, mindsets, and exercises you would need to commit to in order to achieve elite performance. This book isn't for everyone, because most people are content being mediocre, including with respect to intimacy.
It should go without saying, but if you'd prefer to romp like a god it just might be worth the time it takes to read from a 20 year porn vet on how he managed to bag 5k+ women to satisfaction.
Much of everything else on the market is written by dudes who meditate in caves with crystal necklaces claiming to be 'energy' experts, or even worse authors who are 'sexologists', sex therapists, relationship 'experts' or any number of credentialed academics or straight-up charlatans who prefer to philosophize (and usually have comparatively little first-hand experience). Whereas this author had a 20 year career of elite performance in the realm of what he's written.
Pure boots-on-the-ground practical field-tested advice, without the mental fluff.
He goes into relevant and subtle detail on
mechanics, and how to bypass common mental and physical issues. Male targeted, since that's his reference, focused on maximizing female enjoyment.
There's naturally a lot missing. The guy does porn after all. Pleasure within the context of duty to the camera. A lot of sexy (and non sexy stuff) he has to bypass to ensure operation. Stuff important, and potentially delicious in relationships/social contexts.
Still, unlike what's taught in schools/shown online, it's a great base to work from. He knows mechanics extremely well, and teaches them thoroughly.
I was impressed at how the guys could get an erection, pretty much on command. I was impressed how the guys could keep the erection, talk to you about their mother's chemotherapy, and then how their dog died that day, still keeping the erection!
Then I would watch them perform. My jaw would drop. Not because of the size of their penis, but because of their ability to perform. This was the day before LED lights. Lights would generate a LOT of heat. These guys would have to get in the most awkward of positions, you know, sort of Cirque de Soleil style and then, someone would shine a bright HOT light about a foot to two feet from their backside, while a cameraman would try to get in close.
While all of that was happening, they would have to listen to the director scream out things, then if the female talent needed a break, they had to stop while the female was done with her break, then the male would have to get an erection again, and go back as if nothing happened.
Yes, that ability made my jaw drop. I was impressed. I did not have that talent.
Now before anyone starts screaming, Viagra or injections, this was all prior to the invention of Viagra and injections.
What happened though was just as I was impressed with their talent, they were impressed with my ability to make everything just work. Because of this, we struck up conversations and I became friends with a few performers. We would banter back and forth, trying to learn more about the ability of each other. One male star, a guy who has been in probably over 1000 films, taught me something about his ability. He stated while he was performing with a woman, sometimes it was not the woman he was with that he was thinking about. He stated that it could be the girl walking around the set, fully clothed, no makeup, plain-looking that was working behind the scenes. He would fantasize about her and that would let him perform.
What I was hoping to get from the book though was more of the mental aspect. Erik mentioned in the book that the erection is partially physical and mental. As he stated, "He just needs a little blood." I was hoping he would have elaborated on the ability to maintain an erection while listening to people bark at him, respond to them and then continue.
Now the good things about the book. He explained something that a female friend explained to me decades ago, but he said it differently. She stated, "Imagine it is Friday night. You are getting all dressed up, clean, shaven, going to a club. You are going hoping to find a woman to have sex with." I responded, yeah, makes sense. She said, "With me though, I know if I am going to have sex with someone. You just hope." Erik mentioned something similar in his book and it was great advice given to me decades ago and I hope people will follow it. The woman LETS you, you HOPE to. Treat her accordingly. Erik mentions that in his book and that if you want repeats, you better make sure she is treated accordingly, FIRST and foremost.
If you lack the ability to make a woman's knees shake, body quiver, and want to see you again, read the book. You will learn techniques that can help you make that happen.
The book is a very easy read. Honestly, it is written as if it is your buddy talking to you in the locker room giving you advice. There is no need to look any word up as the lexicon used is pretty much what we all learned by 5th grade.

As Erik points out in the book, no one ever really gets taught anything about having GOOD sex. There are no curriculums in school, no obvious public health campaigns, no easily accessible information from real experts. This is crazy considering our entire human existence is so geared towards procreation and sex.
This book fills a gaping hole (no pun intended) in the world of sexual education, and Id highly recommend it to any guy who’s even somewhat curious about what good sex requires.
Seriously - great, he knows his stuff. His and hers.
