How do I use my FreezeSleeve for Cold Therapy?

Store in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Product may be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready to use. It will remain flexible when frozen. Remove the product prior to defrosting the freezer. Cold therapy will last 15-20 minutes.

How do I use my FreezeSleeve for Hot Therapy?

To heat, remove your Freeze Sleeve from the storage bag. Microwave for 30 seconds, then hold your Freeze Sleeve firmly against the skin, it should feel warm to the touch not HOT. Reheat in 10 second increments until desired temperature is reached.

Where should I store my FreezeSleeve?

Always store your Freeze Sleeve in the provided resealable & recyclable bag. Keep the unit in the sealed bag when storing in the freezer or anytime it is not being used. Your Freeze Sleeve will stay

flexible when frozen.

What if I am between sizes?

How do you clean FreezeSleeve?

I got this for my son who plays baseball and has arm pain after games sometimes. We have started using it every night after practices and games and it has really helped him. It is so much easier than using ices bags. He is only 12 and so this makes it so he can still be active while wearing it.

Got it in the mail, put it in the freezer and within a few hours it was ready to go. My son used it after Saturdays game and said that it was great. A lot better than a cold compress wrapped in bandage. It stays cold for about 15-20 mins but that for him that is what he needs. I would say it is a great product, but time will tell on how long it lasts. Will probably buy another to have if his arm needs more time on ice.

So....I have purchased 2 freeze sleeves direct from their website and love them! But $10 shipping is rough. I found it on Amazon and thought, awesome! No shipping! This is a legit freeze sleeve. It has the tag with the number stamped and everything...but it's not like the ones I got from their website. Maybe it's the way they're stored when shipped from Amazon? I'd say it was just a bad one, but there are many reviews that say they're flimsy and only stay cold 5-10 mins. That is not true of the ones I got from their site...but absolutely true of the one I got on Amazon.

The Amazon one doesn't really compress because when I stretch it to slide it on my ankle (it's a small, I have very skinny ankles and legs) it never compresses back around my ankle. It stays cold maybe 10 minutes, and by about 30 isn't cold at all. It is also very flimsy even right after pulling it from the freezer.

The two I bought from the website are the total opposite. They are always nice and compressed, and VERY cold. They stay cold for probably 45 mins to an hour easy, though only VERY cold for maybe 20-25 minutes. But that's what they're supposed to do. I actually wore one on my ankle for about 30ish mins, then put that same one on my elbow for another 15-20 and it was still cold! They also are still flexible, but have a very noticeable firmness to them when you first pull them from the freezer that the Amazon one doesn't.

So 4 stars because the product itself is amazing, but I was not impressed with ordering from Amazon. Again, maybe its storage, maybe its something else. I'll still use this one, but I'll definitely be ordering from the freeze sleeve site if I need more.

If you are already in pain, using this out of the freezer will increase the pain level by a lot. Suggest you put it in the bottom rack of the refrigerator

Icing my elbow. This stays cold for 3-5 minutes at best, so it's not effective at all for ice treatment of an injury. I've followed freezing instructions exactly and even tried packing it between frozen items (in its bag of course). It's too bad because its perfect in terms of padding, comfort, and convenience and if it stayed cool for even 10 minutes I would tell everyone to buy them. I have 5 different ice pack brands, all stay cold at least twice as long. And this one is 2-3 times more expensive at $50!!
