This PITAKA Magnetic Wireless Charging Stand is both exceptional and eloquent with a premium aramid fiber design, especially in the luxury marble version. I have tested this stand for several days and I'm very pleased with the functionality. I used my own 30W USB-C power adapter as there was not one included in the box but everything else for the stand was provided in the box. Note: The allen wrench was attached underneath the stand as it magnetically attaches in that tiny compartment. The wireless charging is incredibly fast and reliable for the iPad, and the wireless charging base works well for both iPhone and AirPods.
I am pleasantly surprised at how strong the magnets are with the "X" pin connectors on the back. The stand securely holds the iPad in place and the adjustable vertical component allows it to rotate different angles while using the device. Also, it is lightweight and portable so I can move it around easily as needed. I have used the stand at home and work, which it has become an essential accessory for my workflow and daily use.
One of my favorite features is the ergonomic design with the ability to tilt up and down to meet your viewing needs. And the stand works seamlessly with my iPad to help me work more efficiently. It's really nice to be using the iPad on the stand for FaceTime calls and video conferencing without worrying about plugging cables into a charger. The combination of the PITAKA MagEZ Case Pro with this stand makes it's a game changer for productivity. There is no doubt that Pitaka makes quality products, stemming from their gorgeous aramid fiber cases which add a nice premium feel to apple products whilst still keeping the slim profile. I bought this iPad Pro Stand to go along with my iPad Pro 12.9” (5th Gen/M1) which was already covered by another of Pitaka’s products, the iPad Pro 12.9” Charging case (hence why it has the ‘X’ in the back of the case, those are magnets). All in all, very good product, get’s the job done, and is stylish. It essentially turns your iPad into another screen since it uplifts it to almost eye level. As a side note, I love how the bottom is magnetized to hold the wrench that is needed to secure the neck to the base.
Note: In my pictures I used the iPad’s provided apple cable (white) but this stand includes a USB-C to USB-C cable that fits the color theme of black.
Pros:

- Charging platform below the iPad
- Strong magnets
- Durable & sturdy feeling (metal w/ soft aramid fiber)
Cons:
- Cost (a little too steep, but does feel premium)
- ROM (Range of motion is capped at 5 degrees. I think 30 would’ve made it more comfortable to draw on if that is your reason to buy this)
Update: I’ve changed my review from 4 stars to 5 because apparently this was not designed to serve as a platform to draw on. Rather, it is just used to charge and hold the iPad up higher so it serves as an additional screen or standalone device. I still highly recommend
