Way better then expected. Right out of the box we charged the batteries for maybe an hr. Then went to a field a flew it. Wind was about 10 mph and the plane flew fine. We flew it out to 150 yards and had no problem with the plane responding. This thing is so easy to fly my 10 year old son who we bought it for can fly it. He flew it maybe 5 min on beginner and switched it to the middle switch. Yep he plane instantly handled better and was able to do rolls in the air. Total flying time we have done is about 30 min and that was with both batteries before charging. The batteries last longer then we expected as well. When my son went to land it he brought the plane about 6 ft off the ground and let off the controller. The plane literally landed itself every time. The propeller pops off when it lands but snaps back on with ease and I think it does this so it doesn’t break as easy. I have read other reviews and noticed people having trouble with the plane flying away on them. That hasn’t been an issue for us. My son has had other cheaper planes and that is what they would do but with a range finder we marked off 150 yards and fly it within that range and it works great. My son had a crowd of people watching him fly it by our house the other day. This is a great beginner plane or even for anyone that wants to have fun with a light weight plane.

This RC plane is priced just right for someone that may be thinking about getting into RC planes . It is sturdy and has a break away prop ( it comes with a spare prop and battery ) . It also comes with a built in gyroscope that helps beginners learn how to fly , then after plenty of practice and you feel you can fly the plane with out any assistance just flip the switch and the flight assist is now off .
The only draw back I have experienced with this plane is that it is small and very lite which means the wind really affects it . But other than that one draw back I really like and enjoy flying this plane ! I would recommend getting one if you have an interest in RC planes .

But I was flying in expert mode a few flights later l had a few crashes on the couple of flights pop the propeller back and back in the air l went very easy to fly, l may have had a little advantage I've flown many drones but the controllers are backwards it would be great if they gave you the option of which mode you want to fly in my drone l can choose mode 1 or 2 my plane has only one way or the other, maybe in the near future but l love this little plane little light but all in all great little beginner plane.

I got a similar looking trainer when I was maybe 12 years old and couldn't control the thing for the life of me. after a few very short out of control flights, it was done for.

This trainer is surprisingly easy to fly. With the beginner setting, it's impossible to turn too hard. As long as you are gentle with the throttle, you will easily be able to control it. After 1 flight, I switched to intermediate and it was still pretty easy to control. I couple of flights later, I switched to advanced mid flight once I thought I had enough altitude for error and immediately did a nose dive when trying to turn. It smashed into the ground but aside from having to snap the propeller back in, it was unscathed.

Aside from the wheels not really being able to turn, I was able to take off from the ground on the sand of a softball field. The first couple of tries were a little rough on takeoff, but the third takeoff was smooth and strait. I failed to nail any of my landings but I felt like I got close.

The setup is super easy. I didn't even look at the instructions. Just pop the wheels in, connect the battery, load your 4 AA batteries (not included) into the controller, and you're ready to go.

I didn't bother charging the battery before flying and it lasted about 10 or 15 minutes out of the box. I forgot to bring the second one with me. I'm charging them as I type this so we'll see if I can get more juice on a fresh charge.

To sum it up, I think this is a great starter plane. I don't expect it to last too long but I was impressed with the ease of use and it's a lot more durable than it looks. And successfully taking off from the ground was an added bonus that I certainly wasn't expecting after reading some of the reviews. I had so much fun that I may upgrade to a more advanced plane after this one dies. I would definitely start with this one though.

I have bought my son two of these and he flys air planes both times it has malfunctioned and landed in the exact same tree where he was trying to turn right it went left. No wind breeze nothing. It’s been stuck up there since April 20th. And he got it for his ab honor roll. I wasn’t going to buy it again. Because he has a $200 plane he flys all the time and is amazing. I’m just disappointed I guess. I paid the money two times and the same thing happened and even with the hard wind it will not come down. The co tell wasnt working right the only tree in sight and he turns it to kind of dip down and turn. And it doesn’t just kept Going straight and into the branch of the tree it’s been stuck since the day he got it in. And I won’t spend another dollar on one of these if they can’t help me. I feelSo bad for him I seen him co trolling it and all of the sudden it just would go where he was turning it and he’s cried and cried but it’s so high up I can’t get it down. Just hope and pray it works when it gets down I guess. This really stinks. He’s a great flyer so seeing him trying to turn it and it just goes into the tree I was like your kidding me right now, why didn’t the controller work like it should have.? So no we wait to see if it ever comes down and I’m sure when it does it will not work again. Bless his heart he only got it for ab ho or roll. I will never buy one of these again. Next time go to your nearest hobby shop I’ll make sure to get it right for you and if that happens they get you a new controller in an airplane for free because it was a malfunction, Not an operator error.

Wir haben das FLugzeug aufgeladen und sind direkt aufs nächste Feld gefahren und haben das FLugzeug fliegen lassen. Alle im Alter von 38, 11 und 6 Jahren konnten das FLugzeug fliegen, starten und landen lassen, jejdoch sei angemerkt, dass wir als Start das Flugzeug in der Hand hielten und beim landen eine zarte Bruchlandung auf der Wiese gewählt haben. Inwiefern das ganze mit den Rädern und/oder auf härterem Untergrund geht/funktioniert, keine Ahnung, aber da geht es bestimmt schneller kaputt.

Ich bin zufrieden. leider keine Ersatzteile bestellbar, aber es sind ja drei Propeller enthalten
