Once i try to play a game like call of duty it won't let me use the controls once in the game

they made a version 2 of controller and since Android 12 updates v.1 not even recognized by phone not sure who's at fault razor &/or goggle. IM use s21 5g so not low end phone.

I purchased a new Apple phone and the associate suggested this item when they found out I play video games on my phone. Maybe it was a mistake, but it was really inconvenient to have return it because the associate didn’t read the box.

I will never buy another accessory from Verizon again.
My Verizon up points were about to expire so I purchased somthing with my up dollars that the page linked me too only to be told that they don't apply to my purchase.... So Verizon ships it to me anyways so I call and a tech tells me to just return it right away... I get the package and it has the return label in the box with a letter saying that there's a $50 restocking fee on my $49. order.....so here I sit with a product ill never use...I've been with Verizon for over 10 years and ill tell you this...once my devices are paid off I'm leaving Verizon.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
This works great with most games, but not all. I'm disappointed that it's not fully functional with the new Mana and Ni No Kuni games. However, it works amazingly with Diablo Immortal.

Too expensive, no Bluetooth features.
In order to use it you have to remove your cellphone protective case.
Some devices won't feet, like pixel 6/pro
Good design but there is a flaw with the USB

I had to return it because of the issue being that it kept on disconnecting from my charging port as well as not being able to use it for any of my games

Bought it for myself but it wasn't what I was hoping it was so I gave it to my brother (does not work with cod mobile or pubg)

We bought this for our 9yo to be able to play his games on his phone but didn’t realize it only worked for phones with a C port. So then we thought since my husband’s phone is the only one with the C port and he really needed a new phone anyways we would give that phone to our son. But, my husband tried to use the game controller on a few games he downloaded (Pac-Man, donkey Kong etc) and it didn’t even work! Now we can only return it for store credit and because it is opened we have to pay a $50 restocking fee! Definitely a bad purchase for us!
