Keep your 500 series modules mobile

The Radial Cube lets you keep your 500 series module where you want to. Not being tied to a rack means you can take your gear with you at any time, you can also recessed it into your work surface. Or maximize your signal to noise by placing your preamp as close to the source as possible. Once your modules are inserted into the cube, an innovative feed sends the output from the first slot into the second and third creating a continuous signal chain.

Just great!

I don't have the desk or rack space for a larger lunchbox. I bought two of these, and I have one on each side of my computer monitor. They work perfectly. I previously had a Lindell unit. The slots were so tight, I couldn't even get my modules in them. They fit perfectly in the Radial, and it supplies excellent power. I wouldn't even think of purchasing a different one after these.

Sturdy, Well-Made Lunchbox with a few Nice Extras

What makes it good:
No surprises. Excellent enamel coated steel construction, and worked as advertised straight out of the box. Modules installed perfectly and the routable channels make this little unit a no-brainer if you only need a few slots or you want to have ultra-portability. In my experience, everything Radial makes is well-engineered using high quality components, and is reliable. I have zero doubts this unit will serve me well for years to come. Thank you Radial for including a power switch on the front! Many units either do not have a power switch at all, or if they do it is located on the rear of the unit. It's a little thing I know, but it makes a difference when you are setting up your workspace.

Wishlist:
1. A non-brick, non-inline power supply would have been a great additional feature (assuming it could be isolated properly to avoid introducing any noise into the signal path), but to keep the diminutive size I suppose compromises needed to be made. Only becomes an issue if you happen to walk out the door without the transformer section of the power cord.

2. Next revision should increase flexibility by giving extra routing options (like being able to route slot one to slot three without using a patch cable).

Radical cube-best 500 series chassis

Was gonna get the neve R6 ,but what made me purchase the 'workhorse cube' is the module link function and the portability . no other chassis manufactures offer these simplistic functions . so now my 511,543,and eqp-500s are multi-platinum ready. Also sending a shoutout to my sales rep.of 11yrs. 'JEFF LAW'.
