It's been exactly two years since I binged the Flight and Glory series and this group has stayed with me ever since. Hallowed Ground (Book 4) was one of the saddest I've ever read and I've been hoping for Morgan's HEA ever since. The Reality of Everything did not disappoint!! I don't think that any of the Flight & Glory books are standalones since you miss way too much of the backstory if you don't read the books that came first. I spent a good bit of this book crying my eyes out so hard that I couldn't see my kindle screen. But there's also a good bit of humor and Finley is EVERYTHING!! Jax was insanely perfect for Morgan. He's patient and kind but not at all a pushover. I never thought anyone could come close to how much I loved Greyson but Jax came really really really close. I'm going to miss Flight & Glory so much. These characters are some of my favorites!!

Never not ever have I finished a book and wanted to immediately turn to the first page and start it again NEVER!!! I don’t even know how to begin to write this review. This story flowed brilliantly. Jackson and Morgan were incredible characters along with the real star of the book Finley (Jackson’s daughter). Sam’s friendship and support to Morgan was everything!! Going back to one of my favorite series was a thrill beyond belief!! This author completely and totally outdid herself in this story, the final book in The Flight and Glory series. Her storytelling shined brilliantly!! The details in this book no matter what she was writing about blew me away. I was on the edge of my seat for most of the book but there were several scenes that had me on nearly holding my breath. When the pin was pulled on Morgan's pent up anger. That scene was so well written Lord have mercy, I literally felt like I was there. Morgan’s panic attacks were written so realistic, her fear is paralyzing. And the big event near the end outstanding details, I didn’t even breath while reading that one!! Loved revisiting the original crew, and getting to know the new characters Sawyer and Garrett! The epilogue was incredible, 2 years out and gave us a peek into the window of each of the couple's lives. Do yourself a favor pick up this book and if you haven’t started this series what the heck are you waiting on!! Best Book of 2020 hands down!!!

I want to reread this book again right now, and I’ve only just finished it! In fact I think I will be rereading the last few chapters again, very shortly. It was that good. The story had everything I loved in a book, wrapped up in that truly wonderful cover (I mean just look at those arms). The only thing I didn’t like was the inevitable tears, because well, have you read the synopsis. That aside I had trouble putting this book down. Jackson Montgomery is the perfect everything. Perfect dad, perfect friend, perfect lover, perfect helicopter pilot, and therein lies the problem, because Morgan Bartley definitely does not want a pilot for a boyfriend, been there, done that, still suffering the loss. Jackson however has other ideas, and I have to say he was consistent, he did not let up in his pursuit of Morgan, thankfully, breaking down her stubborn walls piece by piece. Romantic and sweet one minute, like the ocean though, don’t turn your back because everything is not quite as cut and dried as you may think. My heart felt like it was in my mouth at times, I was quite literally on the edge of my seat. Beautiful storytelling with truly wonderful characters from start to finish. I loved it. I received an advanced copy of this book. This is my honest review.
