The reel is flimsy and awkward to roll up, and the maneuvering on its wheels is top heavy. I like the nozzle tips. They are easy to put on and take off and do a good job. My previous washer was a Ryobi 1600 PSI which lasted about 7 years. This one is 2100 PSI and is much easier to move around due to the wheels, more powerful and has a better tank for detergents.
All-in-all, I like it and the price was ok compared to others.
PROS
+ High pressure 2030 psi peak
+ Selectable between 2030 psi and the lower (1450?) setting
+ Builtin hose reel
+ Easy and reliable nozzle storage builtin to drag handle
+ Long power cord (you'll still need an extension cord, but it's long enough for usage right outside the garage or etc.)
+ Soap container that actually does a halfway decent job of feeding in soap into the stream.
+ Takes standard garden hose fittings for water input (with the included adapter).
CONS
- Included pressure hose and reel size is enough to get you started, but will leave you wanting a lot more.
- Since it's electric (well, more accurately in guessing that even the 14.5-amp motor is simply a little anemic), it can sometimes take a split second to get to full pressure.
- The included plastic and aluminum garden hose adapter is fine, but feels a little cheap and fragile.
OTHER THOUGHTS
I've only personally worked with a handful (say, a dozen or fewer) different pressure washer models. This one sits squarely in the middle in terms of overall price, performance, and features. In actuality the features are robust and they all work great.
If you can get this on sale for at our under the $200 mark like I did, it's an absolute steal.
Overall, I'm happy with this pressure washer. Would definitely recommend. But only if you get it on sale. There are probably other items that are just as good if not better at the normal price point.
Con's: It's a little bit noisy, but not so loud that hearing protection is desired. I imagine a gasoline-powered pressure washer, if it were a whisper-quiet 4-stroke motor, might be quieter. But a two-stroke gasoline pressure washer would be far too loud, and I'd have to wear hearing protection.
The power cable supposedly can be manually coiled & hung from a large plastic hook. I don't find that efficient. A retractable / spring-loaded retrieval coil / reel for the power cable would be an improvement, but this is merely cosmetic. If the vendor had provided a nice Velcro cable management strip, it would easily deal with the loose power cable that tends to come loose and drag or fall on the ground when the unit is tipped to roll on its wheels.
The reel used to roll up the sprayer's hose is stiff to turn, no matter whether pulling hose out or reeling it back in, and the reel's fold-out handle is too short to provide sufficient leverage to enable a person to easily and quickly roll up the hose.
The wheels upon which the washer can be towed are stiff to turn. Not so bad that they don't turn, but they are a bit stiff. Perhaps they'll wear in, or perhaps I'll try a bit of lubricant on their axles.
The manual says to only use water or the manufacturer's liquid soap. I'd like the option of using any liquid soap--perhaps Dawn dish washing liquid--but I'll stick with only water for now, and will purchase some of the SunJoe liquid soap and see how I like it. If it's expensive or smells harsh or doesn't do a good job, I'll stick with water. But I count it as a "con" that the manual states I shouldn't use anything but the one recommended soap, which SunJoe makes.
As with any pressure washer, it's possible to damage what you're spraying if you choose the wrong nozzle, or get the nozzle too close to the surface being sprayed, or leave the spray on one spot for too long. Follow the instruction manual and test cleaning places that aren't conspicuous, so you don't make mistakes everyone will see. Softer material, like wood, can be over-sprayed, or sprayed too harshly or slowly, resulting in wood between growth rings being etched away. Don't use too powerful a nozzle, and don't spray too close to the surface being cleaned.
For others who may remark that their sprayer has too much noise AND has no pressure, it's likely their garden hose isn't complete clear of air bubbles. That may be the sole thing I'd wish to be different--the pressure washer doesn't run properly if air bubbles get into it. It's VERY simple to correct the problem, though; just turn the power off and hold the trigger down until all the air has run through the hose and out the spray nozzle. Every other electric pressure washer I've owned had this same issue, and it's just a matter of training to remember to hold the trigger open while the water is turned on and the electric is turned off, until no more bubbles come out. It takes time, though--particularly if you have a long garden hose that has a lot of air in it.
Remember this pressure washer is not compatible with hot water. I have a 125' black rubber 3/4" garden hose, and the water within it gets almost boiling hot when the hose sits in the sun. Be sure to run all that hot water out of the hose before connecting it to the washer, so only cool water is being supplied.
The four stars are for the wheels being stiff to turn, and for the hose reel being difficult to use to take up the pressure washer's hose. If both of those had been as I expected--easy and efficient to move the washer and roll up its hose, I'd have given five stars. And perhaps as I use it more, the hose reel and washer wheels will break in and begin working perfectly, instead of only acceptably. I'll submit a second or updated review if that happens.
For now, I say buy it. Mine works well.
I recommend this unit.

Top reviews from other countries
I was looking around for a new one and saw the SunJoe brand and decided to read the reviews. They were almost all very positive and so I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did.
The product was shipped in a double cardboard box, which speaks for the concern the manufacturer has for their product arriving to the consumer in good shape. When I got it unboxed, I was immediately impressed with the material and overall quality of the product and accessories. The hose is a nice, flexible rubber. The nozzles are all brass and stainless steel. The quality of the plastic parts is over and above what the competitors are putting out there. There was minimal assembly required: attach the hose and screw on the wand attachment brackets. I had the thing hooked up to the hose and gave it a test run within 30 minutes of opening the box. I used it today to wash away a few years of accumulated grime and dirt off my camper and it performed wonderfully. I like the soap dispenser and really appreciate the flow control for it. The previous ones I've owned were a pain to work with and you couldn't control the amount of soap coming out of the bottle.
I knocked the Maneuverability score down a notch as the wheels don't turn too well and I ended up carrying it across the yard rather than wheeling it. No problem for me, but it might be an issue for someone who can't carry it. (it isn't a lightweight toy like some others)
Bottom line: I highly recommend this power washer to anyone looking for a quality tool and doesn't mind spending a few dollars more than some of the more popular brands sold at the place with the orange aprons.
The other flaw is the power cord. It's nice and long and has a GFI at the business end, which is great, but the material the outer insulation is made of gets pretty stiff when the temperature gets below 10°C or so. This makes the cord difficult to wind up after use.
Otherwise, great value, no regrets.
