I do have one comment related to something I've seen in other reviews. Several people have said the watch screen is hard to see, that it's too dark. If you play with the menu long enough you will find two different sections for screen brightness. One is for the brightness itself and you can set it at low, medium, or high. There's another menu where you can tell the watch to leave the screen brightness on permanently. When you do those two things, the screen is very easy to see, even in cloudy weather.
All in all, a very good watch. I'm glad I bought it. The added ability of syncing with a 'diary' on the Polar Flow site to keep track of EVERYTHING is a great added bonus. I've even found out I'm sleeping good :)

And what I really love about it, is that you can see the time all the time, of course if you move the wrist it’s waking up and shows the time bright, but then it switches off the lights, but the time is discretely displayed constantly. Love it!!!
Also the fact that it doesn’t need to be charged that often is fantastic! It is about once a week, maybe once every 5 or 6 days. And I am working out every day and still, it is being charged once a week! Superb!
Love everything about it!!! Great purchase!
