About this ebook

She signed up to give him an heir, but what he really wants is her heart.

Piper’s infertility sent her childhood sweetheart into the arms of another woman. Now she’s cashing in her credits at the local fertility clinic so she can do the traveling she’s always dreamed of.

But when the clinic offers her a secret third option, she can’t resist.

The plan? Act as a surrogate for an alien male, and have her own fertility restored in exchange.

The catch? She and the tall, dark and handsome alien will need to do it the old-fashioned way.

He’s wealthy. She’s poor. He’s set in his ways. She longs to travel. The only thing the two agree on? They’ve both made a terrible mistake.

Their pact is simple - convince the staff of the Midsummer Center that they’re trying their best. They’ll go their separate ways when it’s over.

All they have to do is manage not to fall for each other in the most romantic place in the known universe, where the admin, the staff, and the system’s most gifted AI are all working together to make falling in love (or at least in lust) completely irresistible.

A new series for Tasha Black, a book about hopes and dreams and romance and miscommunications. So much fun to think about AI studying to have more successful outcomes in the clinic. Warmth, humor, courage, friendship and so much more. A strong man and a stronger woman. Be aware that this is a page turner. Heartfelt and heart full. I wanted to reach into the pages and give hugs to both Brax and Piper. Bravo!! I am looking forward to more books in this series! I received a free copy of this book via BookFunnel and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is the type of read that manages to be powerfully emotional and yet fun. I really enjoyed Piper and Brax's romance. Their chemistry is obvious and a bit of an angsty feel comes into play as this couple tries to figure everything out. The author skillfully crafts a blend of emotion, drama, heat and steam that is rich, engaging and irresistible. The storyline offers a fresh twist that has me very excited about this new series and I can't wait to enjoy future entries. This is my forthright review that I am posting of my own accord.

Another Excellent Read. This author consistently delivers a fun, well written story. Minimal outside issues. All the romance and all the angst are between the characters. Piper is so unhappy and the alien surrogacy program sounds like a chance for her. Brax is the last of his line and he has nasty relatives trying to take his holdings. A child sounds like the answer to both their problems but there are more strings than they expect and still the chemistry is very real. Great story but Oberon takes the cake. An AI romance reading junkie who acts as their matchmaker. Looking forward to more in the series.
