I absolutely love this product! It is a Must Have and I am thinking or ordered another for when I travel and one as a gift for my bro. It helps to relieve pressure buildup and trains the neck for proper alignment but I am really enjoying it as I do my PT from home. What a waste of money! This is the kind of product you laugh at once you get it. It does absolutely nothing to help neck pain and it hurts to use it. I feel stupid for buying this thing. It will take you over three weeks to get it and then it will leave a very strong smell in your house. If you want to return it, you will have to pay the shipping back to China. Mine ended up in the garbage the same day I received it because of the horrible smell. Read the negative reviews and save yourself the trouble.

I started suffering stabbing pain from the base of my neck a week ago. It was growing worse by the day, until I visited my RMT, who said pain like this usually comes from the neck. She poked and prodded me and the pain level dropped a lot. She recommended the inflatable neck stretcher on Amazon which I ordered. I saw this neck pillow gadget as a “people also buy” and bought it on a whim. While waiting, I read the reviews about how terrible it was and didn’t think much of it when I received it.

I tried it on my couch and found it uncomfortable, but thought that I really should give it a fair test. I took it to bed and slept on it after reading the poorly-translated instructions. I’m a big guy with a fairly thick neck - to experience the “pinching pain” others experienced, you either have a tree-trunk of a neck or YOU’RE JAMMING YOUR HEAD BETWEEN THE PADS AS THE INSTRUCTIONS SPECIFICALLY TELL YOU NOT TO DO! It goes behind your neck so that your head tilts backward.

Last night I found it surprisingly comfortable, but didn’t see any benefits. I thought of returning it, but forgot to take it downstairs. My “Inflatable Neck stretcher” use was preventing the pain from going nuts, but I still had modest pain, and my thumb tip was numb to the top of the nail, and the next two fingertips were tingling.

I went to sleep on it tonight and just woke up now at 2:30 am for a nature call. As I got up, I suddenly realized: I can feel all of the tips of my fingers again! The pain was about 99% gone! As I’m typing this, the tip of my thumb is starting to tingle again - the conclusion is obvious - IT ACTUALLY WORKED! I was highly skeptical, but I’m now convinced enough to continue using it, and I’m convinced that it’s not placebo effect, because I’d become convinced that it would do nothing before it started working.

Yep, I’m happy. Recommended!
