Reading about Marcus in other stories I did not like him, but now he’s the irresistible antihero making me crave more to learn how his story ends. Fate brought Marcus, Delilah, and Cody together. Flames of desire swirl over their heads. The secrets each hold surround them with forms of betrayal. As the plot thickens you learn more about Marcus; what makes him tick and what haunts him. Heart-stirring enthralling well-written read with admirable characters and a story that flows. Backstories bring you closer to the characters. Relishing this read, I voluntarily reviewed a pre-release copy via the author.

I don't even know where to start! This is the second book in the This Love Hurts trilogy and it was fantastic! We were left with so many questions after the first book and really there are still a lot more. Luckily, this one gave us some much needed support while we wait for the last book. The way Willow weaves her stories is incredible and they keep you captivated until the last page. Oh man, Marcus, Marcus, Marcus, how can one know he is not a good person and yet be completely spellbound by him?! I am so torn between him and Cody and that is all to do with Willow's amazing writing! This story just keeps getting better and better as we get more answers and I was so sad to see it end. And I Love You The Most cannot get here fast enough!

Marcus is a character who is steeped in mystery and shadows, but there is so much more to him. Marcus is everything and more, and has been elevated to officially be my favourite character in this world Willow has created. The writing is superb, with a intriguing and incredibly well developed storyline that is addictive to read, with so many gasp and wow moments. This is part of a series and although you don't need to read the other series within this world, you do need to read the previous books in Marcus's collection. I'm eagerly anticipating the next book.
