This vacuum is amazing,almost perfect. The only flaw I have found,thus far is it being top heave and will not stand up by itself.  You have to prop it in a corner, or it falls over. As far as everything else, it works for all my floors, picks up kitty litter, hair, dirt, etc.. I love how lightweight it is and the handheld is easily detached to make cleaning easier. I would recommend this product.

With this Bissell Pet hair eraser slim is great. it has great suction for carpets, picking up pet hair, cereal dirt. Even moving on to hardware floors I could pickup dirt, dust without changing a thing. I love the small attachment I can use it on chairs, bath mats, doggie beds. It's slim enough to bend and reach under tables, couches. The long cord makes my job even easier. Overall a great , lightweight vacuum that has strong suction to tackle home and my other jobs as well

It needs a bigger canister because it is so efficient in getting everything vacuumed!!  This vacuum cleaner picked up all the dog hair in one pass. It is the best vacuum cleaner that I have ever had.

Great vacuum and My dog sheds a lot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little vacuum has great suction power, it is fantastic at catching dog hair and debris, especially from area rugs. It has a very long cord, which is very useful. As far as weight, I wish it was lighter, since it is quite heavy. It would be great also if it was self-standing, because I do not want to make holes in the wall to store it. By the way, you can only place the extra accessories, such as the dusting brush and crevice tool, on the wall mount and storage station, which is not convenient if you are vacuuming in one room and the wall mount is in another one. To get around this, I took a "tool holder (Part # 1610398)" that I had ordered for another vacuum, and it worked great at holding the accessories I mentioned. Overall it is a very good vacuum.

Good vacuum, could use some improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had the vacuum for two months and the plastic wheels are shredding. I'm finding pieces of black shredded plastic all around the house. It defeats the whole purpose of a vacuum if the vacuum itself is leaving debris behind. I was told that this may be happening because the vacuum doesn't swivel. Then why doesn't Bissell make it swivel? I appreciate the replacement part being sent to me, but does this mean I have to go through this replacement process every two months? It's a sin to toss the entire bottom piece in the garbage when the wheels are the issue. What a waste of resources and time! Also, I wish the vacuum would stand on its own. Other than that, I've been pretty pleased with the vacuum. It fits under tight spaces, and the canister is very easy to clean. I wanted a stick vacuum, but I didn't want to deal with a lithium battery, so this seemed like a good option.

Wheels shredding after two months!
