these are honestly so good and such a great gift I have bought almost everyone. I know a pair of these because when you’re going to bed, I like to listen to like meditations or videos and I know other people in my life also enjoy listening to meditation music or using headspace when they’re going to sleep to help them sleep or reading books as well so I got this for them because of that. everyone really likes it and they use it all the time. Also the battery on this last forever I’ll go weeks without charging it and it also lets you know when it needs to charge by blinking light also the earpieces are adjustable so you can line them up exactly where you want them. Just remember to turn it off in the morning. The only thing I would suggest is that if it had an auto power off after a certain amount of hours just so that you don’t forget and leave it on but other than that, it works as advertised and I like it a lot, and I use it almost every night. also, when you do have these on and playing some thing on them, nobody can hear what you’re listening to even if they’re sleeping right next to you which I like

I use my headband every night when I sleep and its so nice. I play videos at a volume that's low enough to be soothing and yet helps drown out other noises. I highly recommend getting one of these headbands if you like to listen to anything as you sleep. It's both comfortable and works!
