Publisher Description

This holiday season, there’s more than gingerbread in the oven.

I was always a type-A kind of girl - and that’s exactly what got me into trouble with Sterling Ahren.

Having a baby before 30 didn’t work out, so I took some time off to sort out my life. Sterling’s my new landlord...and he doesn’t plan anything.

He’s a billionaire playboy who can’t stand the holidays. A recluse of the worst kind, Sterling makes Scrooge look like a generous soul...except Ebenezer was never this sexy.

He doesn’t want a family - until the night we have a spontaneous one-night stand, and forget to use condoms. I can’t have a baby with a disorganized free spirit like him. Between my overprotective brothers and his crazy fans, I already know this isn’t going to work out.

Except Sterling isn’t willing to let me go. He wants me home for the holidays...and this is my last chance to make a Christmas miracle happen.

One thing I know for sure: When Sterling and I collide, it’s going to be anything but a silent night.

Funny, touching, and delightful, this smoking hot billionaire holiday rom-com by Claudia Burgoa will make you feel the magic of Christmas.

A Heartwarming Delight! Fabulous Story & Listen🎧

Wow, this book is amazing, it grabbed my attention right from the start and captivated it all the way to the end. I have been loving this series, each book features a different Spearman sibling, starting with Jackson’s story in book one, followed by Jason’s story in book two, and this one is their sister June’s story. They all stand on their own, but characters do crossover into each other’s books and it is always great to see them again, like seeing an old friend. Jane always wanted a family, but she had not had the best of luck with meeting someone to spend her life with, so she decided she would make her own family. Getting pregnant may not come easy for her, but she found a clinic who specializes in her needs and it is near her brother Jackson’s house, and she plans on spending the month of December in Colorado. Finding a place to live is a challenge and when she calls to ask about a certain property, a rude and unprofessional man answers the phone. Sterling Ahren, a well-known artist who has a reputation with the ladies, and he has gained a few stalkers over the years. He has little faith in women, thinks they just want him for his fame and money, but a certain women catches his attention in more ways than one and the good thing is she has no clue who he really is. He is at an advantage since his smoking hot one-night stand does not know he is the one who she is looking to rent a property from. I loved these two together and for each other, Sterling the grumpy loner and June the go-getter who makes things happen, including getting Sterling to shine for the holidays and see families in a different light. This wonderfully written and plotted story has the perfect balance of drama, humor and witty dialogue, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. It is a holiday story that you can enjoy any time of the year, it will put a smile on your face and warm your heart. Claudia Burgoa, thank you for another fabulous story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 And for the fabulous narration, Claudia Burgoa, once again, casts the perfect narrators to bring her characters and story to life. Aaron Shedlock, Emma Wilder and Sebastian York returning as Jackson, are amazing at what they do and perform their roles so well they have you believing they are the actual characters making it easy to find your fulling immerse in the story and who the characters truly are. Emma Wilder’s June was spot on, the confident go-getter that she was and Aaron Shedlock played the grumpy, hardened Sterling and softened as he did. Sebastian York’s Jackson was as fabulous as I remembered him to be in the first book, Maybe Later. They were also amazing performing the roles of all the secondary characters too. You could hear how much heart they put into their performance and they captured all the character’s emotions and had you feeling every single one. These entertaining storytellers are versatile voice artists and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another exceptional listen.
