I have a couple of issues with these, which are mostly not a big deal. They are a smidgen too small in my opinion, which is odd because I'm a woman and do not have massive fingers. I feel like they would be too tight for most men and even many women. Perfect for children and preteens, though. I have to constantly fidget with one or it becomes way too uncomfortable within 5-10 seconds. If they were a bit looser I could keep one on my pinky for a few minutes while I do something else (like typing or checking my phone or helping my kids get a snack) without putting it down somewhere and forgetting it. The other issue I've had is that three of the ten have come apart. I think they're fixable, but it would take a small tool and probably a magnifying glass to do it properly. If you don't have little pliers, be especially aware of this. However, they're cheap enough to replace that I don't feel like that's a massive drawback.
The only issue/problem I had was with one of them coming apart. I spent forever trying to put it back together before I figured out how. You just take both ends end one goes inside the other easily. (Almost like putting a cap on a pen or marker)
I have already had my sister try to steal some and I would recommend to anyone thinking about buying this product.
My husband also tried to use one, and it immediately broke. So they aren't of amazing quality. I'll see how the remaining ones hold up over time.
There is another type of these fidget rings available on Amazon, currently $10 for a pack of 30. I purchased that type and this one, and consider these superior. Compared to the cheaper fidget rings, these ones are larger, in terms of the metal "ring" part's thickness. While the hole for your finger is the same on these larger rings and the smaller, cheaper ones, these ones feel MUCH less tight and have more stretch. These ones are more comfortable to use. I have stretched one over 3 of my fingers multiple times with ease, while trying to stretch a smaller one over two fingers led to it snapping.
Compared to the cheaper rings, these are more durable, easier to use and more comfortable, and have more opportunities for how you can use them (such as the ability to stretch over multiple fingers). The smaller ring are cheaper and less obvious for subtle fidgeting. I believe both can have their uses, but would recommend these over the other type, especially as a first purchase to try.
1. They dig in to the skin. I need a little bit of discomfort after years of associating pain with the satisfaction of picking and peeling.
2. You can put them on any of your fingers. When I get the urge to mutilate one of my thumbs, I can quickly switch the ring over to the affected digit.
3. I can recreate my favorite picking motions. With the texture of this ring, I can scratch and pick at the ring the same way I would at the dead skin of my finger.
4. Very fun to try to switch from finger to finger one-handed. The challenge is not letting it spring off the end of your finger and across the room, which I think adds to the fun.
5. Multiple rings in one bag. Great because I lose things constantly!

Something to be noted, the first time I got one of these little guys was about a year ago at a hospital gift shop, pretty sure they got it from the same listing as it was in the same packaging (they all come individually zipped up in tiny bags, so if you like tiny bags like me this is a bonus). I think I was a little too rough with it (too much pulling at it, got my earbuds tangled in it like a gazillion times, a lot of abuse) and it became undone.
So something to note is that they aren't completely indestructible, some reviews mention "poor quality" because it fell apart but you just gotta be nicer with them is all.
Currently, mine hasn't broken yet, and if it does I have plenty backups.
They feel nice, are very discreet (although easy to lose so make sure you have a good pocket or something) and come in bulk.
