I loved having this vitamin, as I could feel the difference. The flavor is very good, and they are easy to swallow with a beverage due to their small size. The gel capsule is very high quality, and I was very pleased with them. The bottle is expensive, even more so since I last purchased it, but it does last for a while when taking one a day. If you can comfortably try it out, I recommend it. I plan to return to this product again in the future.
