Edit**: A sales representative from the company saw this review and emailed about what went wrong with the product. As a result, I was sent two brand new upgraded models to my house free of charge. It’s been about a month and a half and I’ve had absolutely no problems since.I bought two of these for my curtain along with solar panels to work with my Alexa routines. One of the two, the motor did not work. I put in for a replacement and received an opened box with a HEAVILY used product. I bought a brand new product that didn’t work on arrival and you send me an used product? On top of that, a relative bought the Rod 2 model and they work fine…except one only charges to 88%. What is up with this build quality? I also tried calling the company customer service, nobody answers. Avoid this product at all costs.

    5.0 out of 5 stars Didn’t last a week.
Reviewed in the United States on April 9, 2021
We just moved into our new home about two weeks ago. We had not opened the box until last week. The bot only lasted one week and then it stopped working. After looking at it again, it seems to have broken and I have no way of returning this $100.00 broken product because we ordered it in February while purchasing things for our new home.

5.0 out of 5 stars Producto muy bien pensado, con todo tipo de detalles y que funciona como la seda
Reviewed in Spain on February 18, 2022
