Anker stands by their products. I received this item originally and it was working intermittently with both charging ports. After going through a short troubleshooting process they sent me a replacement quickly and followed up to make sure everything was good. Overall this charger is a great value, especially if you can get it on sale.
Sometimes the surface book will say not charging if I'm using concurrently and charging. I think 60W is bit on the low side but my goal is to charge at night and be flexible during day.
I wish black was released from launch. White is nice as well just seems generic and apple copy.
The charger is much smaller than you can assume, the capabilities are good. As mentioned the iPhone will fast charge regardless of one or two beeps.
Since everything is USBC be prepared to buy some new cables.
it unfortunately dosnt work properly with the dji two way charging hub (of which i have two and 5 batteries) the charging hub resets about every 15-30 and then has to renegotiate the charging rate after each reset. this dosnt seem to be the fault of the charger as dji claims usb c pd charging compatability as well as quick charge but seems to be set up more for quick charge, i tested with 2 charged connected and 1 charger connected with the other usb cord removed.
the mini 2 remote charges just fine though
so great charger for my laptop but not so good if you want high speed charging for your dji mini 2.
It does not come with any cables, so you will need to buy USB-C to ______ cables separately. Stay away from the cheap no-name ones, they are likely to be duds. There are smaller GAN chargers, but they either have one port or deliver <60 watts. Only get this if you need it to charge a laptop, otherwise you're better off with a 30 watt charger. Additionally, GAN confers little benefit over silicon if you're not going to carry the charger with you.

This device manages to get decent power to both devices at the same time! Have I tested it thoroughly, measuring power output under a variety of conditions? No. But I’m not inclined to review things on Amazon, and this just felt like it deserved it. It does what it says, just like you expect. It gets my device charged fast enough that it feels worth the money. Big fan of Anker -their products always perform
I bought this because I liked the fact that it could provide up to 60W of power from either port and 60W total across both ports. Unfortunately, there's a limitation about total output across both ports that became clear when reading the output specs printed on the charger itself and which I confirmed by testing. If you have a device connected to each port, then the output on each port is limited to 30W, no matter what. So for example, even if Device #1 was only pulling 5W, you still only have 30W available for Device #2, not 55W available. The only way to get 60W total output across both ports is if both devices are drawing 30W.
I also discovered another problem, which admittedly isn't Anker's fault, but which makes this power output limitation even more of an inconvenience. I had planned to use this charger in my living room where I would always have a Lightning to USB-C cable and a regular USB-C cable plugged in, so that at any given time I could fast charge my iPhone and/or charge my laptop. It turns out that the Lightning to USB-C cable contains an active chip that causes it to be detected by USB-C power sources even when there's no device on the other end of the cable. As a result, by simply having that Lightning to USB-C cable plugged into this charger -- again, with no actual device plugged into the other end -- I only ever have 30W available on the USB-C cable to charge my laptop. That is FAR from an ideal solution, and since I keep the charger plugged into a surge protector on the floor with the cables held captive with a cable organizer on my end table, it's not convenient to disconnect the Lightning cable from the charger all the time, so this seriously impedes my planned use case.
I really wish this had been made more clear on the specs, or better yet that Anker had been able to provide 60W total output across both ports even in other combinations, such as 15W + 45W. I normally give Anker products five-star reviews because they consistently produce high-quality, well-designed products, but sadly this one is an aberration.
