This took my heart with Jules and Grant. Two people that have gone through some emotional and hard times see life totally different. I love Jules and her positivity and how she tries to help Grant, even when he doesn't want it. Their connection and chemistry can't be denied and this had me on the edge of my seat, crying, laughing, and smiling from the very beginning.

Rating: 4.5 Stars Bellamy has some interesting friends. The author will get you laughing before the first chapter is done. So, make sure to clear your calendar just to be on the safe side. You’ll want to get comfortable and not put this down until the last word is read. Jules wants what she wants in order to make someone happy. How she goes about it is another laughable moment. Our author makes the comedic moments seem as if they come so easy to her. Grant is a man who served his country well. Ms. Foster does a great job in showing the reader how frustrated he is about the hand he has been dealt. There is a scene where Jules is at the beach and she seems to have an epiphany about the setting – and I feel the exact same way. Our author is very smart at using the little things for the reader to connect to. Even though you may have some tough things going on in your life, family and/or friends may be there to lift you up. This was a great book on so many levels. It checks off all the boxes for romance in general. But then you can include military, disability, rom-com and small town. If you enjoy the holidays, you’re even given a little bit of that. And if there was a category for frustrating males, this would be at the very top. If you’re a fan of the holiday Hallmark movies, this would be a perfect fit. But maybe keep a tissue close by. I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. Keep tissues handy. Grant and Jules take heartache to new heights with their inspiring story. Foster paints an emotional portrait that is not always pretty, but makes quite the impression on a heart. My True Love is a tale of life lessons, hard knocks and uncertain hope that will give the mind something to think about while taking aim at the heart.
