A: AnswerWe would like to inform you that this robot can work without Wi-Fi. You would need to press the buttons located on the robot to get it to run, however you would not be able to use the app or any features of the unit that would require Wi-Fi. We recommend connecting it to Wi-Fi and pairing it with the Shark App to receive regular updates to the robot and the app. This will ensure that the robot is maintaining optimal performance. - A: AnswerThe RV2320S replacement parts are same as RV2300S, RV2310AE, and UR2350AE. You can order them over Ebay and Amazon. The Shark Matrix series 2300 is just released on April, 2023. While they are still new, probably there are not many seller selling their replacement part now.

- A: AnswerWe would like to let you know that the robot can easily climb over obstacles and thresholds up to 3/4". If there are areas that your robot cannot reach, you may have to lift it over the threshold or move the dock to another room.

!!!AMAZING!!!
After owning an iRobot for several years, I wasn't sure that I needed another vacuuming robot. However, after seeing an infomercial, I decided to give the Shark Matrix Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum a try. Needless to say, this has to be one of the VERY BEST PURCHASES I have ever made!! For starters, as the product name describes, this is a self-emptying robot vacuum, and it works great! Not only have I been impressed with the amount of dirt and debris collected, but the container is easy to remove and clean. Another impressive feature is the precision home mapping, which creates an unbelievably accurate map of the areas to be cleaned, which is follows consistently with each job. Even the cleaning pattern on area rugs is visible and quite impressive! Although the robot can be programmed to clean separate rooms, the open floor plan in my home is ideal. The robot also has an extended runtime battery, and it returns to the main charging dock when it runs low. But that's not all, it resumes by returning to the EXACT LOCATION where it was cleaning! Wow!! Finally, the robot is controlled with an easy to use app. It shows the map of the designated cleaning areas, as well as providing a complete report at the end of each job that shows the duration of the job and the square feet cleaned. The list could go on and on, but these are the main features that have impressed me the most. That's why I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Shark Matrix Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum to anyone looking for an excellent product that will do an excellent job!!

Great purchase for the betterment of you home!!
for the excellent price it really is worth purchasing. It was quick to develop a map for my house, and I have it on a schedule to clean the floors every day at 5:00am so the house is clean for the day! it can store the debris for up to 30 days with quick and efficient dumping of the trash. all controls from your phone or on the robot itself. I honestly have no complaints. it’s an upgrade from the eufy device I used to have.
