Yes, it comes with a hose extension, and narrow angle attachment with a removable brush.

I wouldn&#39;t recommend it since it has almost zero suction power.

It&#39;s just like most bagless upright vacuum cleaners, there is a button on the top of the dirt cup to remove it, you simply hold it over the garbage can and press a button on the bottom to open it up, dumping the dirt in the garbage.

I don&#39;t know the actual specs, but I&#39;d say it is a little under 4 ft tall it&#39;s certainly taller than 28in

Does brush on vacuum actually turn on its own?

It&#39;s normal. It&#39;s not loud at all.  I live in an apartment where the walls aren&#39;t completely solid.  I had my mom try the vacuum out once I put it together.  While vacuuming, I came back up stairs (3rd floor) and didn&#39;t realize she was vacuuming until I opened the door.

Yes and then it spits the dirt right back out the back side. Oh that happens on carpet as well... This is the worst vacuum, don&#39;t waste money.

I have large tile and rugs. On tiles the vacuum tends to spin faster than it sucks so some debree spits out.
