This was a great debut book and I'm impressed. I love psychological thrillers and this book was amazing!

Dr. Clancy Mclean is used to dealing with mental illness. She's stressed to the max with dealing with her work and her child Rowan.

Rowan is a troubled girl. She has an obsessive and her boyfriend is abusive. Rowan doesn't see what everyone else does and she's blind in love.

One of Clancy's patients is paranoid and thinking she's being stalked. Clancy can't tell if it's because of her mental illness or if someone really is stalking the patient.

Very good book. This book grips you from the start and was a total rollercoaster ride of different emotions. There are some disturbing parts in this book but well worth the read.

Had me racing to see what was happening next and continues to impact my thinking following completion! Disturbing, suspenseful, and thought provoking! What comes next?

Clancy is a psychiatrist dealing with truly disturbed patients. At the same time, she has a difficult relationship with her daughter Rowan, unaware that Rowan's boyfriend has become abusive. Meanwhile, Clancy takes a strong interest in a new patient of hers, Beth, who has been off of her meds and is convinced that she is being stalked.

I am annoyed – at the characters and their actions. The circumstances that they’ve wrapped themselves up in truly was often short-sighted, yet it was if they just couldn’t help themselves. Some of the scenarios were difficult to read and the conclusion was even more unsettling. For a debut author, CS Savage does a terrific job at leaving me in this state.

Many thanks to Bloodhound Books and NetGalley for this ARC to review.

I really enjoyed this book and was really surprised to see that it is the author's debut it certainly reads like a book from an author who is prolific in this genre!

The pace in this book was spot on and it helped the story creep along to build up the suspense. I love a good psychological thriller and this was definitely up there.

The character development was great and they worked really well within the story to make me doubt my assumptions and second guess where the plot was going!

Four stars from me - a really enjoyable read and highly recommended!

I am blown away I am the first five star review! I received a copy from Netgalley for my honest opinion.

Dr. Clancy is an over worked psychiatrist. Not only does she deal with patients who are dealing with mental illness, but her home life is stressful as well. Dr. Clancy knows her daughter Rowan's boyfriend is abusive.

Though Rowan's mother tries to make her see how awful her boyfriend is... love is blind. Instead of obsessing over her daughter Dr. Clancy take a large interest in her new patient Beth. Beth is off her meds and believes she is being stalked.

I can't write much more because I truly do not want to give much more away but trust me this book will leave you frustrated in such an amazing way! This author's writing is perfect for the situation at hand in this book!

I highly recommend this book! You will not regret it if you love thrillers! Can't wait to see what else CS Savage comes up with!

3.5 stars! This book pleasantly surprised me, especially considering it is a debut novel. The beginning was sort of slow, but it really picked up towards the middle/end. And woah was it disturbing and creepy! Just the way I like my thrillers. Overall, this was well written and a quick, easy read that I devoured in less than day. I will definitely read more of this author's work in the future.

I received an ARC of Lead me Home from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. Lead Me Home is a twisted tale about psychiatrist Dr. Clancy Mclean who is trying to manage a full workload, a daughter coming of age. She cares very much for her patients and sometimes goes outside of the box. It is a thriller that embodies Dr. McLeans trust, battling against what is right and wrong, and the love she has for her daughter

How do you just end a book without finishing the story that wasn't all that interesting to begin with? Is it part of a series? If it is why doesn't it tell you that in the beginning so you don't waste your time? I don't usually leave bad reviews but really, this earned it.

Could not put this down. Myself and others have read in a day. Thrilling, well observed characters, well constructed story, and cleverly thought through. Can't wait for her next book. Would make a great TV series/ film. Definitely a good read.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not recommended - very boring

I did not enjoy this book. There was no twist or turns or any mystery even. You know straight away who the characters are so there's no element of surprise. As said in other reviews the ending was awful. I wouldn't recommend as a thriller or crime novel.
