The Monopoly Ultimate Banking game features an all-in-one Ultimate Banking unit with touch technology that makes the game fast and fun. Challenge friends and family and play the Monopoly Ultimate Banking game! This game presents a modern banking version of the Monopoly game in which Monopoly money is no more! Featuring an Ultimate Banking unit with touch technology, players can instantly buy properties, set rent, and tap their way to fortune.

Tap Technology

Each player starts out with money on a bankcard when the card is placed on the Ultimate Banking unit. Throughout the game, players just tap the Ultimate Banking unit and it will automatically calculate a player's worth and even tell players if they have enough money to pay a debt or buy a property. If a player lands on an Event Space, property rates can change, players can earn or lose money. ..or even get sent to Jail. The Ultimate Banking unit scans the game's property cards and can boost or crash the market. Win by bankrupting opponents! In the end it will calculate all players' finishing positions, using their total money and property values.

Auction Properties

In the Monopoly Ultimate Banking game, players can make bids on auctioned properties. If a player lands on an available property but doesn't want to pay the price shown, it's time for an auction! The Ultimate Banking unit will help players figure out and make their bids, but they have to be quick and decisive! The auctions are timed and the last person to bid when the timer runs out has to buy the property at the price on the screen.

The Modern Monopoly Experience

In this edition, players can instantly buy properties, set rent, and tap their way to fortune, and it takes only about 30 minutes to complete a game. Event cards and Location spaces take the place of Chance cards and Community Chest cards. But players can still get sent to Jail! Land on an Event Space and rents may be raised or lowered, a player may earn or lose money – or get sent to Jail. Location Spaces let players pay to move to any property space on the board—even Boardwalk!

      We used to play the original one and I was a little hesitant on playing this one but bought it anyway and we don't regret it at all. It definitely helps you get through a lot faster. and I love that the machine calculates all our numbers so we can just focus on our strategies instead. On the original game we'd play one and done because it takes a while to get through but for this one we can get through a few rounds and feel like everyone got a fair chance to win. I play with my daughter who is 9 years old (shes been playing this game since she was 5) It's way more fun now that she understands the concepts and it's fun to see her strategize. Our family loves it :)

      So this is a pretty good game, and actually it doesn't seem to last as long as normal monopoly because when you land on a place you either have to buy it or auction it, the money is kept track of with the little computer card reader provided by the game. It keeps track of everything, money, properties, how many houses on each property etc. The cards are rather fun (no community chest cards, just chance cards) and when you scan the card(s) it does all the guesswork for you including taking money from one player in order to pay another player. The property rent prices are STEEP...for example if you land on Atlantic Ave, ( I think) and it has five houses on it, rent will set you back around $1300. But don't worry about not having the money to pay, if you don't just scan your card and it will deduct the amount you owe the other player as well as you having to sell one of your properties to pay the difference. It keeps track of who owns what properties, so there is no cheating when it comes to the bank and how much a player is supposed to pay, etc. There are no utilities or railroads, instead, there are 'location' spaces that enable you to pay $100 to move to any property in order to buy it. Get out of jail now costs $100. Overall it's a good game, the only thing I have a complaint about is that it is only a four-player game. I was super disappointed when I saw that because we are a family of five so someone either has to sit out, or double up with another player. Like I said, great game and I'm glad Monopoly has evolved from the initial game which last entirely too long. It would be nice to have more players. Another good Monopyly game is Monopoly Speed. It literally last 10 minutes so you can play multiple times without getting too frustrated.
