4 months since purchase and the watch won’t charge most of the time. You have to press and hold the power button on to get it to charge. If you let the button go, walk away it stops charging. Charged overnight and woke up to 39%.The watch works well when it is charged and serves the purposes of tracking her and her being able to call. The watch is useless at this point . I got it to track her on the school bus and emergency calling to us, but it won’t stay charged all day because it never gets to 100%. I have two chargers so it’s not the charger. She’s only worn it about a week, because once the charger issues started it was outside of my return window. I’m very disappointed and really debating if it’s worth it to buy another one or if I should just get my 10 year old a cell. Agh. I think she’s too young for a cell.
The watch arrived a day earlier than expected which was a nice surprise and it looks just as pictured. Love the hot pink color and makes for a great gift. It is a nice alternative to the apple watch for those that don't have an iphone or into apple products. My niece is loves it!
