Secured Packaging/ National Brand Quality/ Easy to Use Pump
I know some reviewers criticized the packaging of the sanitizer when being shipped and cited instances of actual leakage upon delivery. However, mine arrived safely secured in a form fitting cardboard box with bubble wrap included for added shipping protection. The tape on the spout was also easy to remove with no sticky residue left behind on the bottle. (SEE PIC) The spout popped up easily and was fully operational. Whatever shipping problems that existed in the past appears to have been completely resolved in orders going out today. What I really like about the Amazon Basics brand here is how comparable it is to the national brand Germ-X in both quality and performance. Both brands have the exact same ingredients. Each product goes on feeling non sticky and both dry quickly to the touch. Since the early days of COVID 19 the thickening agent called carbomer has been in short supply and for that reason most hand sanitizers are not as thick in consistency as they once were. Granted this product as well is a little watery upon application. However, the effectiveness of the sanitizer is still the same. If you prefer a sanitizer that goes on thicker consider buying a gel product instead. However, this sanitizer should more than meet most anyone's everyday health conscious needs. It's also being offered here at Amazon at a very competitive price that is really hard to beat. An added feature is that the pump is also easy to use and gives you better portion control when applying the liquid versus buying a similar bottle and not having a pump. What else can I say? Honestly, when it comes to picking an everyday sanitizer for your own family's needs or even your employees at the workplace, I wouldn't hesitate to go ahead and make the purchase.

Amazon Basics Hand Sanitizer provides good value for money with its affordable price tag. It effectively kills germs and dries quickly without leaving a residue, making it convenient for frequent use. However, some users may find the scent slightly strong compared to other options on the market.
