Caleb Burke.

Charming. Funny. Sexy.

Major player - both on the field and with the ladies.

I hate him.

Well, not really. I resist his so-called charms because I recognize them. We’re a lot alike, Caleb and I. He’s afraid of commitment? Me too. A giant flirt? Same here. He knows how to party? I am the absolute queen of the party.

Until I realize it’s time for me to grow up and become a responsible adult. I’ll be student teaching next year, so to save money, I move in with my two new roommates -- Eli Bennett and Caleb. Then I find a summer job -- where Caleb works. Soon, I'm spending almost every single day with the guy.

He’s growing on me too. We’ve always had this unspoken chemistry brewing between us. When we finally give in to it, it’s just as spectacular as I secretly predicted. The sex, and everything else, keeps getting better and better between us too.

But can I really take this guy seriously? Or am I only setting myself up to fail?

He makes me want something I shouldn’t. He makes me feel a lot of emotions I don’t understand, and can’t explain.

Is it possible for one to be too obsessed with “two players with commitment phobia falling in love” trope? I think the heck not.

Gracie and Caleb have been giving us sexual tension vibes since Monica released The Freshman. Yes, these two were side characters, but I think anyone who reads this series would say they cause sparks whenever they are on the page, in both of the first two books. So it’s no surprise that they give us all the tension and sparks in their book, but they also give us… slow burn? I’d be a liar if I said that their slow burning tension and the anticipation I felt for them to just BANG IT OUT, didn’t nearly kill me. Dramatic, maybe, but I swear I was on the edge of my seat waiting for it. That said, I think that the wait truly truly paid off. I also think that it was absolutely necessary for these two to build what they build prior to them igniting.

Did I think when I read about Caleb in Falling for Her that he’d end up being one of the sweetest most squishiest gummy bears when he fell in love, heck to the no, but here we are, and he’s the squishiest green gummy bear with a jalapeño kick in the bedroom. 😅 yes, I embarrass myself, but it’s the facts.

Anyway. If you’re looking for reluctant not quite enemies to lovers, then The Junior provides. Check it out 9/9!

Ah yes, finally the book about the biggest misogynist in this universe (well actually Eli is even worse)

First and foremost this is Caleb's book. I did not like him in any book because he talked about women like they were objects and were only good for sex.
Obviously the author still wants to give him a happily ever after so here we are...
it was not happy nor was there any chemistry.

He acts like a 5 year old child and keeps annoying Gracie the love interest because he just loves seeing her mad. Caleb also has an overall weird relationship with all of the guys in the group and just keeps talking badly about their girlfriends even though they are his friends??? I do not get the appeal and guess what? He does not change. at all. Yes his views on relationships improve but wow of course only for his gf that he still treats like property.

Gracie Hughes is a 22 yr. old single woman living in California where she recently graduated college. She's about to begin student teaching, but is first taking the summer to get her life sorted. She needs a summer job and a new place to live. She lucks out when she finds a room to rent with mutual friends Eli and Caleb. The only complication is her ongoing fued with Caleb. They've always clashed and argued. He's extremely extra all the time, and his ridiculous over the top behavior is annoying. He's rude, inappropriate, and tests her patience on the regular. He's also unbelievably gorgeous, charming, sexy, fun, endearing, and irresistible, but then he opens his mouth. Nobody affects her the way he does, and deep down he's a decent guy. As they spend more time together he drives her crazy and knows just how to get under her skin, but she's also drawn to him. She's good at keeping guys at arms length, but Caleb is a temptation too hard to resist. Will she enjoy a no strings friends with benefits arrangement or will she be the one to finally tame the bad boy?

Caleb Burke plays football for the Fresno State Bulldogs and has a reputation as a player with the ladies. He's known for his endless hookups and larger than life personality. He's young, carefree, and enjoying the whole college experience. Then he meets Gracie who challenges him and makes him question his ways. They are both huge flirts who love to party. They have similar dating styles, and neither do committment, but he's been chasing her since they met. He enjoys getting a reaction out of her, and making her laugh. She's feisty, snarky and stunningly beaautiful. Their mutual attraction is undeniable, but he was quickly friend zoned. He wants to explore the chemistry between them, but is scared by real feelings developing. Will he realize she could be the perfect girl for him, or will he be in denial about what's been right in front of him all along?

-"There's something about you that I can't give up on, G. No matter how hard I try."

-"I can't quit you."

-Drives me crazy how she tries to pretend there's nothing between us, when it feels like everything is between us. All of it. Every single thing.

-Gracie is everything I never knew I wanted.

Oh Caleb. I've been waiting for your book. I certainly WAS NOT disappointed with this one. The biggest player out of the bunch who I've fallen head over heels for. One thing that was constant was my smile. Caleb never failed to keep one on my face. This guy is hilarious, and an absolute sweetheart. Who knew this guy had such hidden depths? Gracie scored with this one although she is pretty amazing herself. I adored the banter between these two and their story was epic!

Caleb and Gracie’s romance was even better than I had hoped it would be. Their dynamic together is perfect. Their relationship is laugh out loud funny, swoon worthy and the perfect amount of sexiness. The way these two just fit together was everything I never knew I wanted but needed. They’re amazing characters and the way they just understand each other really stole my heart away. This story was the perfect blend of heartwarming romance and amusing, engaging dialogues, woven through a well-balanced plotline that entertains and touches the heart in equal measure. I loved these characters, and I loved how multi-layered they got as their story unfolded.

Without a doubt, Monica Murphy is a force to be reckoned with. The woman can write the hell out of a book. Caleb and Gracie’s story was funny, sexy, swoony, emotional and wildly entertaining. I can't wait to see what the final book brings, because after that little peek we got? It's about to get real.... Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy!

The Junior is the third installment of the college years series. In it, you will watch Caleb and Gracie fall in love. Sort of a second chance at romance. It's also sort of an enemies to friends/lovers' relationship too. It's a lot to take it but they were cute.

I'll admit that I wasn't Caleb's biggest fan in the beginning. Whether it was in the previous books or in this one. He just seemed like a little douche canoe and a player. Then there's Gracie who seemed to downplay things in the wrong way at the wrong time. Ugh. It was completely frustrating, and I wanted to slap them both when they were being dumb.

Luckily, they finally admitted their true feelings with one another. I mean, the sexual tension was there but I was too annoyed to enjoy it all. Eventually things got better but now I'm worried about Eli. Ugh. Please don't be dumb in the next book buddy.

I cannot explain how excited I was when I received this ARC, I recently read the first two books in this series and immediately fell in love with the universe and will be going back to read the previous series.

Caleb and Gracie’s story did not disappoint! I was routing for them since Tony and Hayden’s story when we saw them digs at each other every chance they got so I am over the moon Monica decided to go with Gracie for Caleb’s story.

I love love love forced proximity so the fact they were roommates I loved! and then force them together by working at the same place? YES PLEASE. This book holds some of my all time favourite tropes and Monica wrote them perfectly.

Caleb, popular footballer player, puts on this giddy, childish, crude facade whenever he’s around his friends and is a well-known ladies man. Gracie is also very much alike Caleb, however is 2 years older so is at the point where she knows what she wants.

Caleb has a different side to him that he allows Gracie to see when they try to get along and I LOVE when this happens!! It makes it extra special when he treats her with such kindness because he’s not used to showing that side to him.

THE SPICE IN THIS BOOK HOLY SHIT!! The gas station scene oh my god i needed some holy water after that.

Also adored seeing all the other couples throughout especially jackson and ellie🥺 i cannot wait for the senior!!

Monica Murphy continues her College Years series with this fun and sexy story about commitment-phobes Caleb and Gracie.

Now that Gracie has finished college and getting ready to student teach in a few months, she realizes she needs to grow up and save money. Having roommates will help, but she’s also found a summer job alongside Caleb Burke. The irresistibly charming player she’s been attracted too since they met.

Even though neither is looking for a serious relationship, much less love Caleb is nothing if not persistent in his pursuit of Gracie. As they spend time together and get to know each other, they realize that attraction is not the only thing that connects them. They make each other happy and feel safe and tethered. But can they truly take each other seriously?

Both Caleb and Gracie embody the new adult stereotype. Caleb in his junior year of college, uncertain of what he wants to do with the rest of his life and trying to make the most out of his college years. While Gracie, two years his senior, fresh out of college diving deep into the real world.

Their banter and arguing was seemed more like foreplay, although I did find Gracie to be a bit too uptight at times. I especially liked Caleb’s growth. Once he realizes that being with Gracie is better than giving into his fear, he does everything in his power to show her how much she means to him.

The Junior is book #3 of the College Years series by Monica Murphy. This book can be read as a standalone but there are mentions of characters from previous books and other series like The Callahans that I image if previously read would make this story more enjoyable. It is a lighthearted, charming college romance told from both points of view with a happy ending. Genres: NA romance. Tropes: older woman, frienemies to lovers

With every passing “year” I fall more in love with this crazy, endearing, and complicated group of unexpected friends. The College Years continues to charm me with its equal heart and heat coming of age sincerity - and the Junior finally gives our resident, troublemaking playboy his HEA.

It wasn’t until the college years series that Caleb really started to shine for me-and with each passing story, I’ve become more desperate for him to find a lady to tame him - or, rather, match him. Monica has steadily been giving him more substance as the college years have progressed- giving his bravado and f-boy persona more heart and more sincerity. And, as she tees us up for what might be the angstiest story yet in the Senior, we get Caleb, the light, comedic, unexpected charmer just when we need him most. I’d already had a soft spot for him, but the Junior made my heart all squishy for our fun loving hero.

Caleb is every bit as fun as I expected- sarcastic, humorous, crass and overly honest, and, of course, a dirty talker. He’s always been wild and unpredictable, sometimes a bit selfish and immature- truth be told, he’s a bit much, so really a perfect supporting character. But a leading man? Well, I was curious to see if Monica could take what made him great comedic fodder as a secondary character and transform him into a compelling and substantive leading man. And in this she really succeeds. She gives Caleb depth- fears, ambitions, insecurities, and a whole big giant heart. I expected for him to charm and make me laugh, I wasn’t expecting for him to have so much swoon in him, too.

I loved how Monica gives us a female character that is basically a playgirl herself. Even though she’s older, she’s not into commitment, and she’s also got no patience for any relationships, friendship or romance, that don’t enrich her life. Thus, why she and Caleb are on the outs. But, them living together to re-open that door- and more importantly, forces her to confront the real reason she closed it. It’s refreshing to see a heroine that is so against archetype- she likes to have a good time, shes super focused on her future, she’s sassy and cool. I found her to be a bit level/even keeled, and it’s hard for a heroine to truly shine in the face of a character like Caleb, so it took me a bit longer to invest in her as deeply, but I felt more and more connected to her as the story progressed.

So playboy meets playgirl- and we have lots of fun chemistry. Spicy banter, a love-hate contentious beginning that transforms into a truce and then a substantive connection, lots of sexual tension, and two fun loving characters. Surprisingly given these two’s propensity for hook ups, it's a slower burn than I expected, but I really appreciated getting to see these two become friends, and to support each other as they figured out more about what they wanted in life. The sexy times are delicious, but I found myself most loving their one-on-one conversations- the moments where they’d be surprisingly honest with each other.

One of the things I find most compelling about Monica’s young adult/new adult stories is how unapologetic she is about her characters flaws- she lets them be young, she lets them make mistakes and do boneheaded things, she lets them be jerks or immature. Because they are GROWING UP- and I think Caleb is such a perfect example of this strength- he’s got past and present character traits that stay true to what he is - a college guy living it up. But she also helps them grow up. The College Years has also been about maturing- taking these dynamic but at times immature kids who wanted to act like adults and now actually growing them into real adults. Figuring out who they are, taking responsibility for their choices, being better versions of themselves, finding direction, and most importantly, figuring out what matters in life - and I loved seeing Caleb and Gracie figure that out together, to help each other be their better selves.

Of course, now I’m DESPERATE and anxious for the Senior, especially now that Monica is going to throw it back to my favorite couple of all time. Hopefully all these HEA couples can help those two keep it together- but I know this, I’m not ready to say goodbye to the College Years.

This entire College Years series is truly some of Monica Murphy's best work to date. I simply can't get enough of this Callahan universe spin-off and with The Junior, I am in love once more. Finally getting Caleb Burke's story, the seemingly wild boy who dates women for sport may have met his match with Gracie, the girl he has always wanted but couldn't figure out how to truly have her. And with Gracie, I love that Murphy portrayed her as much as a player as Caleb. A woman recently graduated from Fresno State, who threw caution to the wind once she started college to sow her own wild oats with no apologies. And maybe that's why she avoided the attraction to Caleb because she saw herself in his eyes a bit too clearly.

These two were meant to be. Everyone around them saw it but them. Their banter was definitely the best foreplay and we've all waited with bated breath for them to get their act together once and for all. To see that they were both afraid of what real commitment would look like and not sure they wanted what all of their close friends, now paired up, had. Oh but Caleb and Gracie, now housemates and co-workers, had no idea how to resist the other, and when they eventually succumb to their red-hot chemistry, let's just say they are most definitely equally matched in all things physical.

I couldn't stop reading as feelings start to become real and Caleb pulls out all the stops to force Gracie to see that he doesn't just think of her as he did all of his previous conquests. Gracie is so much more than that to him and to get to witness both of them being honest and facing up to the fact that they have fallen in wild love with the other when they wanted nothing more than to be good friends, well I was a goner and swooned like a fool.

The way this storyline was crafted was perfect in every way. Murphy continues to respect her characters, never allowing them to falter too much. Showing Gracie and Caleb and the world that they are ready to be together, that fears will certainly come into play but that as long as they are by each other's sides, nothing is impossible. Especially in matters of the heart.

With truly heartwarming moments that solidified their union in the most touching of ways, I couldn't be happier that it was Gracie all along who held Caleb's heart captive. He'll always be a bit of a jokester but this reader and his girl wouldn't have it any other way. With an epilogue that is both full of joy for our couple but real strife for their other roommate, Eli, it's anyone's guess just how The Senior will play out as Ava and her man have certainly met a huge obstacle in their feisty love affair. And I'll be here for every delicious moment.

This book is yet another 5+ star addition to this well-written and addictive series. Really well done.

WOW! JUST W-O-W!
I... I'm SOOOOOO IN LOOOVE with The Junior by Monica Murphy!
It's the 3rd book of The College Years Series and... well... it's  CALEB'S STORY!
OOOOH MY GOODNESS!
ALL GUYS are so HOT and WONDERFUL and I loved all books so far!
But... yeah I was curious about Caleb the first time he appeared at The Callahans Series!
He always seemed like such a douchebag!
A guy with a big mouth and a huuuuge ego!
Wrapping all the girls around his little finger.
Ha! But I JUST KNEW that he's so much more than all that!
The Junior showed me and also Gracie the real Caleb. The other, softer side of him.
And OMG I even fell more in love with him! Definitely!
Okay so this book is about Caleb and Gracie.
Both can't deny their attraction to each other! (The chemistry was absolutely palpable through my kindle! WOOOOW! 🔥🔥🔥🔥)
They kinda hate each other, but they've so much in common too. ❤
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEIR BEAUTIFUL LOVE STORY!
Gracie fits perfectly to Caleb! 🥰🥰🥰
Their relationship is soooo intense! So full of everything! Huge feelings, insecurities, drama, hoooot sexy times, laughter and emotions overload! 🥰❤
So... and now that I finished this WONDERFUL BOOK I know that CALEB has a special place in my heart now. I had to roll my eyes so many times before and I couldn't stop grinning like an idiot about the things he said... BUT now that I read THE JUNIOR it really feels like I know the real Caleb too.
One of my absolutely favourite book boyfriends! For sure!

OMG! So THE SENIOR is next! Can't wait for it! ❤

I have waited to read Caleb’s story since he was introduced in the Callahan series. He is the love them and leave them type from the very beginning. When he finally meets the girl that could get him to rethink his stance on relationships, he acts like a huge jerk. Gracie can’t deny that she is attracted to Caleb, but his personality turns her off. When they start spending more time together, she realizes that it is all for show, and that he is insecure deep down. I adored these two together. They are the same type of person, but each has fears about any relationship long-term. It was great seeing them grow closer and realize that being together is not so bad. Such a great story with a much deserved happy ending for these two characters.

So I’m convinced that Monica will make me fall in love with every single character and every story she comes up with. I love her writing so much and I just love this entire series. I can’t get enough of these boys. And OMG Caleb!!! Literally I was swooning so hard for Caleb with his smart mouth, charming personality, flirty humor and all his sexy dirtyness 🔥 I wanted all of it.

The Junior is the third book in The College Years Series about Caleb and Gracie - forced proximity, frenemies-to-lovers, push and pull, with undeniable sizzling hot chemistry. It is a standalone, but I would recommend reading the entire series to fully grasp all the characters and their building relationships.

Caleb and Gracie are straight 🔥 They’ve fought their attraction for each other since the first day they met. They had such similar personalities I was completely hooked on their well developed story. Their dynamic was perfect. Their banter had me laughing out loud. Their tender moments had me swooning. Their chemistry was palpable and what I absolutely loved most was how organic their romance developed.

Can we also give a round of applause to this scorching hot cover? He is exactly how I pictured Caleb Burke ♥️ Give me him 🥰

Gracie is Calebs equal in every way these two are perfect for each other she’s just as afraid of commitment as he is and she sees a side to him that no one else has seen before. This story was so good it was sweet sexy and angsty the writing is excellent. I can’t wait for the Senior next !!!

My God I love this series !! Just when I think I know what to expect Monica Murphy does her thing and flips the script. She just knows how to write a story that grabs you so hard you don’t even realize you have been grabbed until it’s after midnight and your eyes are tired and you just can’t stop til the end!!

Caleb and Gracie’s love to hate relationship is one for the books, I loved watching these two players slow down and realize what everyone else knows.

Take this journey with these two, listen to them bicker, watch them become actual friends, and witness their relationship grow. This story has all the good stuff, don’t miss out !!!

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.

Caleb Burke. Charming. Funny. Sexy. Major player - both on the field and with the ladies. I hate him. Well, not really. I resist his so-called charms because I recognize them. We're a lot alike, Caleb and I. He's afraid of commitment? Me too. A giant flirt/ Same here. He knows how to party? I am the absolute queen of the party. Until I realize it's time for me to grow up and become a responsible adult. I'll be student teaching next year, so to save money, I move in with my two new roommates.-Eli Bennett and Caleb. Then I find a summer job-where Caleb works. Soon, I'm spending almost every single day with the guy. He's growing on me too. We've always had this unspoken chemistry brewing between us. When we finally give in to it, it's just as spectacular as I secretly predicted. The sex, and everything else, keeps getting better between us too. But can I really take this guy seriously? Or am I only setting myself up to fail?

This is the story of Caleb and Gracie. He is the jock who really needs to grow up and really goes though the girl at his college and beyond too and she knows this. This is why she figures the best way to deal with him is to ignore him and she's good at it all the while wanting him to be her man so bad she can't stand it. But now she finds herself losing her roommate to her boyfriend and she is going to have to live alone and really bust her butt to live there or she got an offer from one of her friends Eli to move in with him and Caleb. But how can she? Caleb will drive her nuts and she wants to keep her distance from him before they both do something they will regret. But she is about to be a student teacher next year and really can't afford to live alone so she takes the room they have open in their apartment and she also decides that it is time to be an adult and get a real job for the summer and save all the money that she can. So she's move in with the guy she ignores like crazy and now she is looking for a summer job at the lake in on the of the dining establishments or bar and she finds that she should have really applied sooner because all the jobs but one on the docks is taken and that job just happens to be where Caleb works and on the very docks he works on. Now don't let Gracie fool you. She like to stay away from Caleb because she is just as much a player as he is. In fact they have so much in common that it's not even funny. So there perfect for each other and fight it at every turn. And poor Eli he is going to have to live with these too. Thank goodness he has got a girl to keep him busy and away from the misery it has to be at home with Gracie all the time ignoring Caleb. But don't fret, that isn't going to last very long and soon you get to read one of the best books I have read in a while and I also had so much fun reading this book. I loved the characters and I loved the back and forth between them and the chemistry is really off the charts with these two. Don't even hesitate to get this book and dive on in. It was amazing and I hated to see it end I was having such a good time being lost in their world.

Who knew our resident playboy Caleb would turn out to be a sweetheart like this? And who knew that he will fall hard for a sassy girl who can give him a run for his money in the department of commitment phobis? The Junior by Monica Murphy was all about swoon, feels and hotness overload.

Caleb has always been the reckless playboy in his friends group. Gracie is the only girl who never fell for his charming c0cky ways. So things are getting interesting as she moves in their ( his and Eli's) apartment as roommate. And even starts working together at the lake. They are at different points of life as Gracie has finished her study and starting her student teacher part soon. And he still has his senior year to go. Will Gracie give them a chance?

So this Caleb is nothing like I have seen him in last books. And that seemed a bit unnatural for me. If you read this as standalone ( and it is one), you won't get it. For me, it felt like he got a personality transplant. The womaniser, inappropriate, reckless, mischievous Caleb is acting like this mature guy who wants Gracie to be more than a hook up. Yes I do feel that he wants to change and Gracie makes him want to be in a dedicated relationship. I was missing the charming obnoxious man. Gracie, on other hand, is a balanced character. She has a lot on her plate and she decided not to fall for Caleb as that's a recipe for heartbreak. But they became really good friends and it was a natural progression. She can be an adventurous girl when she let go but like Caleb, she can be scared of a relationship and hurt others. She us equal parts sweet and fire. Their chemistry was awesome and it was full of emotions too. I loved the transition and they fit each other so well. It was sometimes difficult as none of them knows how to express their feelings.

The Junior by Monica Murphy was a swoony exciting and cute college romance.

What an exciting first read!! Even though this was my introduction to the college years series, I never felt like I was missing relevant information from previous stories. Monica gave such an outstanding character development, leaving no holes open for speculation. When a new side character is presented, she gave a brief overview of their story to make you feel at ease like you’ve never missed a thing.

“Eli. My friend. Everything I say pisses her off. You know this.”

Gracie is a spitfire, take no shit kind of character. She’s outspoken, pulling no punches with Caleb and never biting her tongue, which I really enjoyed. Her nonchalant personality and carefree attitude reminds me of a free-spirited hippie. She shines bright when needed but can become dark when she is crossed.

“Wow. I didn’t realize you had it in you,”

Caleb was such an enticing character with his playboy lifestyle that was actually yearning deep down for his connection to the girl of his dreams. He’s cocky and arrogant, a joke full personality, life of the party and annoying with all his snide and crude remarks. But, he has a huge heart for those he cares about.

Sex between us is beyond explosive. It’s freaking life-changing.

Omg!! Their connection was through the roof!!! All of their snide, sexual innuendo, constant arguing and bickering like it’s their foreplay, made for an explosive reaction in the bedroom! Their willingness to go above and beyond for the others pleasures was remarkably displayed through the pages with their brimming sexual tension. Sparks were all over the place with these two, making their chemistry that much better!

Before I go into anything, I was totally clueless The Senior would be about Eli!! I thought Eli and Ava's story was done. WTH? Can't wait for that. Ok, onto Caleb and Gracie.

Caleb and Gracie are both players. From the moment they met they were friction, and they've now known each other for a couple of years and still both have this fond mutual dislike/lust for the other. It's strangely comical.

Caleb is the funny guy. The one that doesn't get emotionally attached. The one that literally doesn't want to grow up! He is living for the party and sowing all of his wild oats! Gracie is the girl that does not get attached. She likes someone and then runs before any feelings happen. That's how she likes it. Neither of these two know how to handle any kind of relationship or feelings. As they embark on an actual friendship (gasp!) they actually find that they like each others company.

I love these two together. I love that they are both so similar. I love that girl isn't a mushy mess and just likes to have sex as much as the next guy! LOL. Caleb is a downright sweetheart, yet HE knows he's been a dog. Great story for two good souls that needed each other to realize it!

What a fun and hot story this was! I haven’t read any of the previous books and I didn’t really feel lost when I jumped into this one. Sure, there are tons of mentions of things and people that were from the previous books but it doesn’t take away from the story.

Caleb Burke is a freaking god! Yes, he’s a manwhore but when he finally meets the right girl and said girl finally gives him a shot, he changes soooo fast that it’s sweet. I really liked having a female character who can be considered promiscuous and be confident about who she is and not care about what other people would say about her. I think society puts labels on and judge people based on their actions and never takes into consideration that we are free to do what we want and who we want…

Caleb and Gracie’s relationship is a slow burn. It has been building for years and so when things finally aligned and it finally happened it was like a 4th of July firework show. Not only was the sexy stuff AH-MAZING but seeing Caleb embrace a side of himself that’s been asleep for a long time was very touching.

In this book, Caleb had the biggest evolution. I don’t like to say he changed because he really doesn’t, he just opened up and accepted a side of himself that he wasn’t aware of/familiar with and he tuned out to be a pretty great boyfriend.

Is it obvious that I love Caleb????? Lol

Next up, is Eli’s story and it looks like it’s going to be explosive so looking forward to that!

I whole-heartedly fall in love with every character and the friends that surround them in every story Monica Murphy has written. Each time I am pulled into the story and get lost with the characters, feel what they feel, yelling at the characters, swooning over the guys, or laughing out loud at all their jokes, shenanigans, and banter, that I end up always wanting more. The Junior is another knock out in the College Years series. We all know Caleb, playboy, nonstop flirt, and no real plan for himself. Then we have Gracie, determined to enter the adult world with a plan, over the hookups she has had, and now roommates with Eli and Caleb, who she always is bickering with. Caleb and Gracie have constantly been at each other's throats since they met, but when thrown together as roommates, what happens when the close proximity starts affect them. Caleb and Gracie takes us one insanely banter filled, chemistry to melt the pages, and moments that make you swoon and take your heart on a rollercoaster of emotions that will leave you on the edge of your seat. Caleb and Gracie will steal your heart and you won't want it back.

Murphy gets right to the heart of the matter in this love-hate relationship. The Junior is a heartbreaker that lays on the charm and gives you the feels. Caleb and Gracie are an easy love that I hated saying goodbye to.

I hate my life. It’s been years since I have had such little time to read. Even though I spent days away from Caleb and Gracie, I was still able to pick right back up from where I left them. I was invested in these two and so happy to watch both of them shed their fears and dive into their life together. Now I’m going to wrap it all up and see how this mess between Eli and Ava comes together.

Up until this book, we knew Caleb as a manwhore.
I wasn't sure he could be persuaded to give up that lifestyle. But... he did it.
Ahhh Caleb. Totally here for the mushiness, dirty talk about sweet moments.
Gracie is just the ideal counterpart to him. I love a strong heroine who owns her sexuality.
These two are dynamite together.
There is just the perfect amount of angst, fun times and conflict in this story.
It was overly agonizing but enough to keep you flipping those pages to find out what happens.
This whole series has me longing for the college days full of adventures.
