Excellent earbuds, the best I've found especially for the price. They put the AirPods to shame with sound, and quality. Even with talking on the phone, the other person can hear with ease and clarity. The charging case is very slim and charge with ease. If you don't have a pair of definitely look into them. I bought them as a gift for my wife and i Loved them so much we bought another pair for me.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received t, he package and the earbuds were not in the packaging and the entire charging pod and earbuds were dead. The gift receiver beloved they were missing or tampered with. It took us time to find them in the case but both were completly dead. I had ordered the same product a week before and it was fine. Earbuds in the packing where designed to be placed. I had to explain this must be a manufacturer error and that I had NOT purchased them refurbished. It was a huge letdown seeing that. Heitmad present be opened and now am concerned for the quality. I am not happy I paid full price for something used.

Earbuds recieved were in the correct packaging, but the product itself was obviously made of inferior materials and lighting was in the wrong place. Used print instead of ingraving the case and the buttons did not do what they were supposed to not too mention would not pair with Jabra app. Save yourself some time and an apparently useless counterfeit claim and do not buy

Do Not Buy

These are fake.  Figured it out when they wouldn't sync with the Jabra app on my phone.  Looked up fake Jabra on Internet.   Showed that fake case is embossed with Jabra logo where this one was a painted label.  They don't sound as good a Jabras.  I had 65T before and these are worse.

Fake - Do not buy

I bought this pair from another retailer and decided to get a second pair because I loved them so much. Problem was that retailer wasn't running the same deal I bought them on so I decided to get them from Walmart.

Got them today and immediately they felt different. This seller is selling a fake product. The fakes feel much more plasticy. When you open and close the charger it's noticeably different. Feels much weaker. Then the logo on the case is engraved on the real and printed on the fake. Case also seems a little larger on the fake. 

Now for the earbuds. The charging indicator is completely different. Real has a subtle light where the fake is obnoxiously bright. Then the mic on the inner part of the earbud is also in a different spot. I provided pictures of the fake (left) vs real (right)

100% Fake

These are counterfeit, do not buy. The packaging is extremely convincing, but the product quality is terrible. The headphones will not connect to the official Jabra Sound  app, because they are fake. A quick search will show the details that make these different from genuine Jabra headphones. Walmart isn't interested in replacing the purchase with the real headphones or punishing the seller.
