Ordered 2/16 with free standard shipping, had a tracking number the same day. Received order on 2/21(a holiday) via FedEx.
I contacted customer support through email with a question about my order, and received a quick, helpful response! I had intended to order 2 accessories(one for each of the kits I bought) but had only ordered 1. The customer support rep sent me a second accessory, even though the mistake was totally my fault.
The Device is top notch. I charged it fully before first use and have not had to charge it again yet, and I use it a couple times daily. It doesn’t burn my cartridge, or make it leak, and the flavor is great even from an almost empty cartridge.
