Does not fit UKIAH brand tailgate grills

I needed an extension to go from my tank under the porch to a UKIAH grill/fire pit feature. The standard quick connect will not fit the UKIAH propane quick connect and cannot use the extra male end that came with the extension hose to adapt to the UKIAH because the UKIAH uses a tapered sealed fitting, not thread sealed or compression ring type. So its onto the hardware store to look for an adapter. Otherwise its a good quality extension hose, well made, nice if it'll fit your application. I think its just UKIAH that uses an odd fitting. Maybe they sell extensions.
