The bag once cleaned thoroughly has been a significant improvement compared to over lugging an extremely heavy bag over my shoulder. I travel everywhere between working and finishing up Grad school, requiring my computer, books, name, badge, etc. I have to stay organized or my ADHD just gets out of control. So far seems to work well. Worried a bit about the wheels being sturdy enough, but will see. Currently no issues.

I love the bag!!! Perfect for what I need it for with great compartments, great looks, easy accessibility, well built, etc. My only complaint and it's a big one is the handle is way too short. I'm 6ft tall and I can barely reach it comfortably. Because the handle is so short I find myself having to hold it off to the side to avoid hitting it with my feet as I walk. If you're 5'6" or smaller this is probably the perfect bag.

Returning to the office after the pandemic, I go into the office only 2 days a week. I bought this bag in August 2022 to take my laptop and some other work. In October 2023, the handle on top of the bag broke off on one side. Now I can't pick the bag up by the handle any more. I don't overpack and as I stated earlier, I only go to the office twice a week. The bag has great storage and fits my needs perfectly! Just disappointed now that the handle is broke after only 14 months of use twice a week.
