This has been the best value for money mic I have purchased in a very long time. I have been a Ride user for many years but this mic has won me over and now I am all Deity. This combined with the Deity Vlav mic, also a very inexpensive mic, is the perfect combo for my interview shoots.
The mic has a very low noise floor. With some minor tweaks in post I have gotten superior sound quality over my Rode VideoMic Pro, a much more expensive mic.
If you are in the market for a on camera shotgun mic, or even for boom use, I cannot recommend this mic enough.
