Customers like the print quality of the thermoplastic filament. They say it prints excellently, without issue, and holds fine detail. Some customers say it can go a fair bit faster. Overall, most are happy with the quality and durability of the product.
"...and a glasses case insert using this filament from my AMS and it printed excellently...." Read more
"...WOW, that a difference! Not only does it look great and actually completed the print, but it has very little stringing...." Read more
"...a drying cycle first (EVEN IF IT'S BRAND NEW), then you can get good quality...." Read more
"...It printed well - not a lot of drama. Parts turned out well, with just a little bit of stringing for closely spaced parts but not bad...." Read more
Customers like the quality of the thermoplastic filament. They say it's a very good filament, works well, and is surprisingly stable. Some customers also mention that the first test print turned out really good with no issues.
"...I can confirm this filament performs excellent in the Biqu H2 V2s, which has a very short, very constrained filament path...." Read more
"...Its always dry and run great in an AMS on a bambu labs X1C." Read more
"...It sticks to the bed incredibly well, layers NEVER separate or warp, and it's so durable it's almost impossible to break." Read more
"...I will say though that this filament is hygroscopic for sure...." Read more
Customers like the color of the thermoplastic filament. They say it's easy to print with and looks great when done. The finish is very shiny, and it'll easily flex in thin sheets. Customers are also getting very nice prints with practically no stringing. They mention the red color is spot on and not faded. However, some customers feel the finish is not as glossy as others.

"Love the color, prints excellently from external spool on x1c." Read more
Customers are mixed about the flexibility of the thermoplastic filament. Some mention it's flexible yet tough, and great for prototyping flexible parts. However, others say it'll be less flexible than expected, not really stretchy, and stiffer than expected.
"...Bed adhesion, print quality, flexibility are all very good.I will say though that this filament is hygroscopic for sure...." Read more
"This is awesome for prototyping flexible parts. I printed 1/10 scale tires." Read more
"...a little softer than 95A. This filament is twice as a gummy and stretchy as either of the aforementioned filaments...." Read more
"...This filament exceeded my expectations with its remarkable flexibility and impressive softness, rated at 95A. I was able to create intricate and..." Read more
Customers have mixed opinions about the adhesion of the thermoplastic filament. Some say it sticks to the bed very well, while others say it doesn't like to adhere to the surface. Some customers also mention that the print loses bed adhession mid-way through the print.

Unlike other TPU filaments I've used in the past, OVERTURE's product stood out due to its reliability. It adhered perfectly to the print bed, minimizing any potential printing mishaps. The 1kg spool, equivalent to 2.2 lbs, provided ample material for my projects, ensuring I didn't run out mid-print.
Whether you're a seasoned 3D printing pro or a beginner, OVERTURE's TPU Filament is a must-have. It delivers consistent results, allowing you to bring your creative ideas to life effortlessly. I highly recommend it for all your 3D printing needs.
Then, I bought a roll of this Overture high-speed clear filament. WOW, that a difference! Not only does it look great and actually completed the print, but it has very little stringing. It's like night and day compared to GIANTARM.
I wish the black was in stock when I ordered, but the clear was definitely a great 2nd choice. It just looks and prints great.

Anyway, it took a while to get the settings right on this thing, basically you need 240 for the first layer, it weirdly has a different volume than normal filament, in that I had to be very close to the bed to get a good first layer. You need at least a 40c bed, mine is garolite with a PVA glue on it. Which is not needed and makes it hard to remove. Or sometimes its the other way around and you need to glue to make it easier to remove. Its weird that way. But it stuck down for the most part. But if cold, not so much.
Then I switch it to 220. The biggest problem you will have is your extruder. If there is the smallest of gaps, this stuff will find it. The filament is floppy like wet spaghetti, and a tiny gap will let it back up into the extruder in an instant. I have a BMG clone and it really doesn't like working with it. The pressure wheel has to be just barely tight. Too tight and it backs up. Too loose and it won't move right. I had to print a new extruder to close the gap. Waiting for new bearings to really try that out.
On a bowden setup, use a 8.5mm retraction at 40ms. Unless you have a great fan set up, print at 20ms like everyone says to do. It won't stick right sometimes, and I had issues with gap fill not sticking. It does terribly on overhangs if you don't go slow, otherwise 35ms is OK for most things.
Flexibility, the first thin layer feels and looks like it came from a rubber medical glove. Thin, see through, and stretchy. Properly done, it will look like a sheet with barely any lines visible and it shouldn't rip. Add a second layer and you won't be able to tear it.
Its hard to explain softness, basically its flexible, but the corners are sharp. You have to plan for the right fill for softness. But when the walls are printed thick, its still flexible, so a rubber box might not work the way I thought it would. I printed a wall test and it was inconclusive.
When I tried to remove it, I twisted the mold and pulled on it and it didn't break or crack.
The resin experiment didn't work but I am excited to make other structural items out of this filament.
