Males are black with white patterning consisting of white spots in a triangular arrangement beneath a white band on its abdomen following its connection to the cephalothorax. They also possess enlarged iridescent chelicerae that are believed to help females visually identify males. Females are slightly larger than the males on average and are often covered in colored scales (gray, tan, brown, orange, etc.) which can make them easily distinguishable from the males. Females also have iridescence on their chelicerae though it is less pronounced and obscured by their palpi which are densely coated in long white hair.

Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Got here quickly and safely. We have much use for the top opening enclosure, but it is a safe space until his permanent hone is ready. Already happily jumping alluviae and my kiddos a few hours after arrival.
Ordered it on a Tuesday (11th), Amazon said I'd get it Monday (17th) but it showed up early on Friday (14th). He was properly packaged and labeled for transport and after being released into his terrarium he is now actively exploring it so I believe he arrived in good health. The only concern is the feeder bugs that came with him I think they may have died in transport BUT the spider itself is fine and I can easily get different food. I would purchase from them again :)

I think they did great on shipping arrangements and all. he ate right away after i set up his temporary set up. He's now in a bigger terrerium and hes so curious and active. i'm moving him to small cricket feeders soon and hes such a good boy.
I received my regal jumping spider today. They took great care with him when it came to packing and shipped it fast. He's doing well this evening being active in his habitat. I appreciated them getting him here. Considering my address was mixed up.
I honestly was doubtful that the spider would arrive safe. It arrived safe and unharmed with a habitat that works perfect for him. He arrived with no harm done has the cutest design on his abdomen and overall is so cute. If you’re looking for a small jumping spider and can easily get scared of spiders this is definitely not the spider for you.
""Update"" I was curious to see if there was anything inside of my (dead) spiders habitat today. To my surprise, as I lifted up the moss in his cage (which I haven't touched since he died) I found two very long, skinny, white worms. Not sure if this was the cause of his death, or what.. But it definitely grossed me out!
-We only had our spider for 18 days. We still have our female, she is perfectly fine and just molted on Saturday.. Sunday morning we woke up to find her exoskeleton and her looking beautiful. But in search for our male, just looking through the glass we couldn't spot him. So we opened his container, lifted up his moss and found him balled up, upside down, dead. Not sure what caused this, but his body had a faint red tint to him, and he looked like puss or a gooey greenish/white substance was coming out of his side. I'm not sure how or why this happened, as we figured our spiders were about to take molt.. Well one did, but the other didn't make it.
Our little guy arrived today and he was packed away perfectly! I love his little enclosure that you get to set up for him. He seems to love his little home and has been exploring all over! I would definitely buy from this seller again!
