Serves Me Wright

I love my visits to the Wright world, every member of this family has an entertaining, sometimes emotional story to tell and this time around it’s Julian Wright turn to entertain us. Just when you think you have met the best in this wonderful family another one comes along, another man to fall hard and fast for and another woman you would love to call a friend take over your world. Julian and Jennifer’s journey starts off as a fake relationship to avoid her ex and to get her parents off her back but what starts off as fake soon turns into an emotional, entertaining journey that is full of twists and turns. Ms Linde knows what her audience’s love, she knows how to weave her words so we are invested from the very first page and captivated til the the last line and Serves Me Wright is certainly everything you would expect from this very talented author. It’s full of love,emotions, passion, witty banter buts it’s the depth of this family, it’s the caring men and woman who take this story to another level. This book ticked all my boxes and I’m sure it will tick yours so I guess all I need to say is please one click this gem of a read, a book that will certainly be on my best reads of 2021.

I have loved KA Linde from her first book, and I am more confident with each new release I will love her writing as long as she writes. Her stories are original, fun, steamy, quirky at times and just overall simply a fun adventure to go on! Serves Me Wright is the 6th book in the series, and with each new installment of this series, I love this family more and more. In Serves Me Wright we get Julian Wrights story. Cousin to the Wrights in Texas and newish resident to the state. His friendship with Jennifer in this book was a fun one to watch blossom from what it was to what it ended as. Their chemistry is fun in a boy next door/best friends turned lovers kinda way. They have passion for one another that they both keep concealed. But as events beginning to unfold and roles are played in what starts out as a manipulation, we quickly see their feelings for one another cannot be ignored and the passion cannot be extinguished. They are exciting, fun and flirty! What I love perhaps most about this series is just how many glimpses we get at past couples and their stories, as they are all family in Texas and all connected. Getting to go back to all my favorites is always like reading the first 5 books again and I simply adore it. Getting to see them getting engaged, married, with kids, etc. is a way for an author to end one couples story in their book, but allow readers who love them to see what happens after the happily ever after. And KA Linde does a magnificent job at this time and time again! Bravo on another great story! I simply love this and can’t wait for what is next!

Another great read by K A Linde. Love these characters so much. Each story gives us a look of who each character is and what they are about and to fall in love with them. Julian and Jennifer may have started out as a fake relationship even though both had feelings for each other but never made them known. Jennifer held back because of social anxiety disorder and was always told to keep it to herself, and she did not want to scare Julian away if he found out. Julian really cares about Jennifer but realizes how shy she is and does not want to scare her away. He figures they could start out as a fake relationship with the hope it can turn into something real. Once that happens it is like he knows what she needs and is always there for her. To protect her and always support her. They are simply perfect together. I also love the secondary characters in this series. They are all such a close-knit unit. Something Jennifer never thought she would be a part of. She was shy and kind of nerdy when she was younger and had very few, if any, friends. Now she has this group of friends, and she could not be happier. Each new story makes me love this series more and more. Great characters, great chemistry, great stories, and great reads all written by a great author.
