I think the author should use a different title name, Wrights were part of the story but not the main characters. Isaac is a complete sweetheart letting Peyton go so she can fulfill her dreams of becoming a ballet dancer and neveroncetried to stop her, he was very selfless. Peyton annoyed me a few times when she was not willing to meet Isaac half way or to think about how they could be together, for her it was ballet or nothing.

There is a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters including several couples from the previous instalment in the Wright World series. We are introduced to Isaac’s five year old daughter Aly, as well as his sister Annie; Peyton’s siblings Piper and Peter, Piper’s roommate Blaire, their parents, and grandmother; LBC artistic director Kathy Brown, and several young hopeful ballerinas and dancers. A WRIGHT CHRISTMAS is a sweet and sexy story of second chances. The premise is realistic and spirited: the romance is seductive and tender; the characters are sassy, imaginative and dynamic. A WRIGHT CHRISTMAS is a wonderful and impassioned tale for your holiday reading.

I was so excited to be back with the Wright family and Ms Linde did not disappoint, A Wright Christmas was everything I expected and so much more. It seems a while since I spend time with one of my favourite families and this book had me falling in love with them all over again. This is single dad Isaac and Peyton’s story, it’s a second chance romance that has all the feels you want in a book that’s full of love and set in the magical holiday season. Peyton is back home to dance in the Nutcracker and the last person she expected to see was Isaac the man who was her first love and who still holds a piece of her heart. Isaac’s life revolves around his adorable little girl but when he comes face to face with Peyton and the dance studio he wasn’t prepared for old feelings rising to the surface but will he risk both his and his daughter’s happiness with what could be a short fling..... This book touched me on so many levels, I smiled at the classic one liners only a child can deliver, I swooned and I held my breath a lot as this couple try to see if their timing is right this line around. I loved meeting the new characters and catching up with the old and I highly recommend this gem.
