The Duke's Return and the Lady's Rebuttal

Juliet was set to lose her father and Benedict comes back from six years of war to find that he is to lose his title of Duke and his inheritance if he doesn't marry in less than four months.
This story will take you on their journeys of loss, surprises, and heartbreak.

The Earl &Mrs. Calloway

Josephine tries to drown herself after being raped by the Duke her father pushes her at.
Austin finds her and secretly takes care of her and then both of their hearts start to heal.
This story is beautifully written and will capture all of your emotions.

A Race Against the Duke

Elliot and Serena have been bitter rivals for years because of their fathers feud. When Elliot's father is dying he surprises him with requests that no one could foresee.
This charming story tells of Elliot and Serena's turbulent relationship and their passion for horse racing.

A delightfully lovely set of true Regency romances that will engage you!
All the stories are clean with dialogue and characters that will make you think.
Well written with a decided nod at Jane Austen.

Three stories in one book. Each a standalone. The stories were wonderful to read. I kept reading into the night. I would recommend them.

I'm 28% into this 3 set series. The story is okay and would actually be to my liking but for the major errors. This takes place during the Regency era but the author's story line isn't true to reality. One premise for this story is that a duke chooses to write a will that disinherits his eldest son from the dukedom. Not possible! And not only that this eldest son is allowed to inherit for a year, but he will lose it all if he doesn't marry within that year. Major flaw, altogether. The other premise to the story is that the woman he is interested in, Juliet, just buried her father. This story has her attending her father's funeral - which just wasn't done. Women didn't go to funerals in this era. And just a few weeks later, she attends a social function wearing green. And a week or two later, she attends a ball! And still wasn't wearing mourning clothing. This just wasn't done! Even the duke, the eldest son, didn't wear mourning for his father. And he too attended the social function one afternoon and then a ball. Maybe now that I've complained, I can enjoy the story a bit more, idk. If this were true to the reality of the Regency period, it's the type of story I would enjoy. That's why I will give it another try. But so far, the character development is lacking a bit as evidenced especially in their conversations. But why read a "historical" romance when it isn't historical?

Overall enjoyed the book as each and not only a happy ending but also an epilogue that tied up things nicely. Also it was clean romance so all age groups can enjoy reading

I enjoyed these three books. They are stand-alone, yet the characters do cross over. Sweet stories, clean, HEA ... all that you would expect from a Charlotte Darcy book.
