I loved using this while it lasted. About 2 years in from mild regular use (charging/discharging 4-5 times a month) the battery swelled up and caused the case to bend outward (see photo). It then stopped functioning altogether. I contacted Mission Engineering and they have not offered any solution other than me paying for shipping it over and repairing it, which is not a great customer experience since this seems like a manufacturing/component issue even if it is 2 years out, and have taken over a week to respond to me each time I reach out. When I spend over $150 on a power supply I expect it to last more than a couple years with light use.
I've used this in a few long (3-4 hour) band practices so far. I'm running a Tech 21 Flyrig 5 v2, a TC Electronics Flashback, a TC Electronics Choka Tremolo pedal, and I'm planning on adding an Electro-Harmonix Intelligent Harmony Machine soon. Not a lot of pedals per se but I've got reverb, one or two delays, and a tremolo going a good bit of the time along with the analog gain. The power supply had no trouble running that. It went from full to about 80% over each practice. It's battery powered so eventually it won't be able to manage but I don't have to worry about being close to a power outlet, which is really worth it for me as I have to sing and play guitar, so one less cable in the way of the floor is worth it. It appears to be tough. The case is brushed aluminum. There's really only one control, the on/off button. The connections seem sound.
Have used it for a few gigs now and it seems to work well. It’s built well to withstand the rigors of gigging. Charging is easy and the battery lasts long.

Fun product but short life, slow customer service

I don't own this but in researching, I could not find the capacity of the battery in mAh to compare it to other battery-powered pedalboard supplies. I did finally find a mention at Mission Engineering's product page that says the battery capacity is 29.6Wh. Using an online calculator I found, that translates to 8000 mAh, for the presumed 3.7V lithium batteries that everybody seems to use in these things, which is quite good. So, the answer is - 8000 mAh.
When it worked this was awesome. Powered a beat buddy and Voss ve2 vocal harmonized for 4 hours. Once it quit working mission engineering told me to contact the seller. I called Zentra loc who fulfilled the order and was instructed to contact Amazon. I can’t figure out how to speak with anyone and only see a message that I am outside the return/exchange window. Feel like I’ve been ripped off and that nobody is standing behind this expensive product.
I bought this for two reasons - it has 8 total outputs (six 300 mA and two 500 mA) and it is rechargeable so you don't have to worry about power availability as long as you are charged up. In addition, all the outputs are isolated (switch-mode PSU) so noise is not an issue. It is small and lightweight, so securing it with Dual-Lock is simple on most good pedal boards. I am not sure of the longevity of the battery (charge/discharge cycles), but that can only be determined by time. I am currently powering 15 devices on my board and it will last a good 2 hours on a full charge.
