Great strings

I really liked this strings they have a pretty nice slap sound and are perfectly balanced also the delivery was super fast and tanks for the candy

Fodera strings

I have searched for the right set of strings for a long time. I took a chance and ordered a set and use them all of the time. They sound exceptional on my Sadowsky Metroline

Best I've found

The quality of these strings is undeniable. But my favorite thing about them is that they have slightly higher tension than similar gauged strings from other vendors. It makes consistent plucking both easier and faster. I find light gauge strings much harder to play consistently but these are about perfect.

Absolutely great strings

Awesome strings!

My sales engineer, Taylor Perry, recommended that I try these strings on my brand new Fender American Elite 5-string Jazz Bass.

They have a wonderful warm sound and are not as bright as some other nickel wrapped strings can be. However, they are more than capable of cutting through the mix of a band. They also feel amazing under my fingers and have not torn up my calluses after 3 and 4 hour shows like my previous brand of strings could do at times.

The only improvement for these strings would be for the B string to be a bit tighter in tension. It feels floppy compared to the G-D-A-E strings when playing. I have to be mindful to not pluck the B string as hard to avoid accidentally snapping the string when playing.

If you are looking for a warmer bass sound without going into flatwound strings, these are well worth your time to try out.
